| Although set in one room,it is within an intimate atmosphere and there is much to see and absorb from this tragic event.A very moving and thought provoking intimate display. |

| THE GROUND ZERO MUSEUM IS A MUST
THANKS TO GARY SUSSON FOR ALL HIS HARD WORK ON SUCH A HARD JOB
TO BRING ALL THE PICTURES OF GROUND ZERO
THIS HELPS US ALL UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED ON THAT DAY
IT WAS A HEART MOVING TIME AT THE MUSEUM BUT HAS TO BE DONE |

| This tour was amazing...initially I wasn't sure, because it's sort of hidden and the museum is small - I wondered if we would be there more than 30 minutes, let along an hour and a half...but once you realize the enormity and uniqueness (is that a word?) of what is exhibited, it blows your mind and tugs on your heart - we stayed until the very end and could have used another half hour at least.
I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is interested in witnessing first hand accounts of the tedious, gut wrenching, emotional recovery process. Very humbling.
One suggestion I might make...the tour guides were extremely knowledgable and engaging...some of the things they shared, you heard on the video and then again when you listened to the narrative of the photos...it was slightly redundent...maybe the guides' focus could be more on what the plans for ground zero are or how the fire department & police department have replaced their great loss, how 9/11 has changed emergency response...just a thought.
Thank you for letting us relive the heroism and determination of all the special people who assisted with the recovery process, through your camera lens!

| This was the BEST part of our vacation. We will tell everyone about it. 911 was life changing experience but the museum made it even more personal. Please continue your good works! |

| When I called to purchase the tickets, I was told that it was important to be there on time since it was interactive group participation. I really messed up our morning plan to be there at 1pm sharp. Well, needless to say we could have arrived at 1:30 or so and still had the same 'presentation' if you can call it that. |

| I wish that this musuem could be advertised more effectively for the public to see. I was fortunate to see this in a local newspaper in Harrisburg, PA. Whether you are a local New Yorker, lost a family member or friend on 9/11 - this museum is very inspiring. It was a pleasure to meet Gary in person. He has done and continues to do an outstanding job here. His passion and compassion is demonstrated in his work and him as an individual on a daily basis. I Thank him and applaud him for all of the efforts put forth here for anyone that needs to find peace from that tragic day that may WE never forget. As hard as it seems for one to believe, God was shining down on us that day and I pray that he continues to work through Gary and all of us. |

| We visited the Ground Zero Museum Workshop whilst in NYC and it was absolutely amazing. We met Gary Suson and he is a wonderful, warm man who is very passionate about the workshop. The museum is very informative and Gary and his staff are very easygoing, friendly people. I will definitely be visiting the museum again on my future trips to NYC - next time with my husband and also when our son is a little older.
It was very moving to meet someone who was involved in the recovery of 9/11and the museum is an important part of the healing process for everyone. |

| My wife and I visited the museum while on trip to New York, not knowing what to expect. When you first enter the room and realize it 's all in one room, you figure it's not going to be that great. Were we wrong! There's an amazing amount of artifacts and photographs never before seen. The raw emotion that everthing brings out in you is surprising. The self-guided tour is great. You can tour the museum in any order you like. Everything is numbered and all you do is punch in the number and you hear a wonderful explanation of the piece by the photographer, Gary Suson. We were so lucky he was there that day to lead the tour and autograph souvenirs. He was happy to answer any and all questions and was so accomodating. His experiences were tough to hear, but you realize just how horrendous it was at Ground Zero for those many months. You can also handle many items taken from the site and you suddenly realize just how devastating Sept. 11 was. We highly recommend visiting this amazing jewel hidden in New York City! You'll never think of that day the same way. |

| This small space packs a big message about hope, dignity and love. The photographs and associated stories made me appreciate the horror of the 9/11 attack in a way that previous newsreels had not been able to convey . This museum must be a great comfort for the relatives and friends of those people who died, especially for the majority of relatives, because nothing remained of their loved-one to bury and to mourn. It is such a shame that the US government does not financially support those firemen and policemen who have become ill (and died) from inhalation of the toxic gases and dust. Part of the proceeds of this museum are given to the firemen and policemen who dug, day and night, for many months. So, go and visit...you will not be disappointed. |

| This experience is highly recommended by our group. It is so interesting that it just pulls you right into every picture. We were there for over 2 hours and it seemed like only minutes. There were over 20 others in the room that were invisible because you are so into what is in front of you that you don't even know they are there. |
