| Book this as it is well worth experiencing, very much an intimate exhibition which at first feels very small but the stories and commentary behind each of the exhibits and photos really give a feel for the history of the day and months after 9-11. |

| We (two adults and two children age 10 & 12) booked from the UK. I must admit that when we first walked in, the immediate impression was that it wouldn't take long to go round and after 20 minutes the children would be bored. How wrong we were!!. After nearly two hours we all finally agreed that we had gained all of the information. The staff were also very informative and the music set the scene
We later chatted about our experience and would highly recommend it to all visiting ground zero (either before or after) . |

| A worthwhile visit , tactfully presented. As you can appreciate this is not a 'happy' place to visit; but it is presented in a positive light and the focus is on the recovery and human elements involved.
visited with 10yr old who asked questions all day long after the visit. Probably not suitable for younger children as it's a self guided audio tour and location is very small. |

| I bought the tickets by mail. I was very dissapointed when I arrive to the museum and find out that I paid twice more than the normal rate. I didnīt argue there because the environment of the museum makes you feel very touched, but the point is that prices shall be the same everywhere.
By the other hand, I donīt know what characteristics a place must have to be named "Museum" but I think this is just an exhibition of pictures and objects compiled by one brave man. |

| We very much enjoyed the Ground Zero Museum Workshop. It was a very enriching experience and we recommend it to those who want to learn about what happened on 9/11. Requiem, the book of Gary Suson, is really worth buying. Sometimes, the emotions that come out of the book are even stronger than the ones you experience at the Museum itself. One little downside : The Museum is extremely small and people should be warned in advance of what to expect : a video and explanations about real life events. We had our two small children with us (3 years and 15 months). Despite the fact that they did behave very well given their young age, the requested silence and the small room in which the Museum is set up ( a living room basically), one woman looked at my 15 months daughter who was crawling on the floor without no sympathy whatsoever as though we were disturbing her in her review of the Museum. Very disappointing.... |

| This experience MUST NOT be missed. It was the highlight of my weekend in New York and will stay with me forever. The exhibition is beautifully and sensitively put together and allows you to experience a real intimacy with the situation without it being voyeuristic. The tour guides are gentle and wonderful. The overwhelming spirit of sheer love and loyalty - particularly the Band of Fathers - is both humbling and uplifting. I am from the UK and was visiting New York to meet up with my daughter for the weekend before we both went home. This exhibition was made the more significant for the both of us as I hadn't seen her for more than seven months as she had been travelling. I bought Gary's book for my husband and he and I shall return to New York so that he can experience the exhibition for himself. Thank you. |
