The tour was extremely well put together and very thoughtful in considering the victims and the families of the victims. There were parts of it that made me tearful and the exhibits displayed are appropriate and amazing. The photographer was there when we were on the tour and was available for questions about his experience at Ground Zero. We walked down to Ground Zero after the tour and then finished off at Battery Park where the globe that used to be in the WTC Plaza is now displayed.

One small room creates a special atmosphere but disappointes according to the price. There are roundabout 100 pictures and items you can get an audio commentary for. I think the main goal of the GZMW is not to present a lot of information or pictures, but to create an emotional basis. Including admistration fee nearly 30 $ is too expensive for this visit.

We were fortunate to have the Photographer there, who gave a more personal touch to the stories behind the pictures. It is "a dimond in the ruff "as they say. It is a much needed shelter for family members to heal, to remember, to share, and a more positive way for those of us who need to know what it was like to help carry the load. It was an emotional highlight. Thank you.

The museum is well thought out and detailed. The "tour guides" were knowledgable and helpful. The content precludes saying "we enjoyed it". That said, we came away with a better understanding of the recovery period and a lasting heart felt memory for those lost in 9/11. I am glad we added it to our very short trip to New York and recommend it to everyone.

There is no clear address stated to Ground Zero museum. The instructions say it is near to Subway station with vague directions. It is far in distance than described. It will be good if a small sketch of map is provided on ticket so that visitors can see the map and come instead of calling continuously the museum people.

I thought it was well done. I expected to be able to touch more objects and the museum was smaller then I thought it would be...but as a whole we liked it...some very interesting facts.

Without a doubt, this is the most meaningful museum that I have been to anywhere. Through Mr. Susson's lens, one experiences the horror and heartache of September 11th, but at the same time, visualizes the courage of the firefighters and other first responders who spent countless days at Ground Zero in their recovery efforts. I felt some element of closure having been to the museum and I am certain that my children now have a true understanding of why Mom and Dad cry when we speak about this terrible day in our Great Nation's history. If you have one museum to visit in New York City, make this the one. You will not be disappointed.

As soon as you enter this small but significant museum there is a feeling of reverence and awe. The WTC recovery comes alive in the photographs and artifacts. More importantly, Mr. Suson's work captures the essence of the human spirit and a power even greater than that. Every picture, every artifact, tells a story and allows the viewer to see through the eyes of those who were there. If you have the opportunity to visit this museum, make it a priority.

My husband, our two teenagers, and I thought this was one of the best things we did in NYC. This powerful one room museum will leave a lasting impression on you. Never forget the WTC.
