| Non political. About the rescue effort and following year, Not about the event. Artistic. Sensitive. Extremely well done. Meet the ONLY photographer who was allowed into Ground Zero. |

| We loved the museum. There is and will be no other like it. It is very tasteful and respectful to all that were involved in the disaster. If you have even begun to forget, this is a must for all. I thank Gary for the love it took to create a place to think and remember the days of and following the bombings. He was also very kind to talk to us, since we were so very lucky to meet him. |

| I have wanted to do something and know more of how to pray for the families and friends of victims. This was a wonderful tribute to our fallen heros and has given me a history lesson and a reminder of how good Americans are - deep down inside. The reverence provided to the victims, the support to the families, the memories shared all were done very tastefully and respectful of those gone and those remaining. I highly recommend this. it's an intimate setting where you can remember and not be jostled and shoved around as you are on the streets and in tourist attractions! REMEMBER and take you kids (recommend 9 or older) and tell them of the day we were attacked. |

| We were lucky to have Gary Marlon Suson introduce the tour. He and Lou (the other FDNY fire fighter that hosted the tour that day) were very personable and willing to answer any and all questions. It's an intimate experience, and I'm glad they're keeping it that way. It was powerful to hear the various stories, see the artifacts, and remember the events of 9/11 and the years of recovery that have followed.
Would publicze to future participants that this tour does NOT actually involve a visit to Ground Zero.
Thanks. We enjoyed and appreciated the experience. |

| As time passes, we tend to forget the significance and impact the attacks on 9/11 had on the lives directly impacted, the businesses, the City of NY, our country and the world. Many things will never be the same due to the events that took place on that infamous day.
The photography and exhibits displayed in this small but extremely meaningfull museum, is something EVERYONE should see. There is an interactive (audio) message to all of the photos and artifacts -- some describing incredible stories about courage, heroism, etc. There is also a 20 minute video of the story behind the designated WTC photographer who was able to access many areas of the site that no one else was permitted to access.
Well worth the trip. Not suitable for very young children. |

| It is as close to being in the "footprints" in the aftermath of the 9/11 WTC tragedy as one can get. It is ,literally, a tangible close encounter of unspeakable horror and grief. There is a sacredness to the exhibit of appproximately 70 artifacts and close up photography. Holding that small section of Flight 011's wing ,and glass and steel from the towers was a profound sobering experience never to be forgotten. It is certainly the most important historical artifacts interactive experience in my 59 years. I want to go back, and am encouraging everyone I know to visit the Ground Zero Museum Workshop followed by a trip to the WTC site, and St. Paul's Chapel for the deepest understanding of the events of those terrible days. Allow a whole day to take it all in, to reflect, and to pray. |

| Gary was not there on our tour day. However, our two guides were personable and knowledgeable. It was a learning experience and a very intense emotional experience. The photographs, stories, and items recovered made 9/11 real for us once again. The room may be small but what is contained in that small room is amazing. |

| Unfortunately - I thought the 'Tour' was actually a tour of the site - not just a video, and a group of photos, items and audio that was simply a rehash of the video. Some of the stories attached to the photos were interesting and sometimes touching but most were just a rehash of the video.
Also not so sure I like the whole 'commercialisation' of what seems to be a private museum, funded by tourism, of a terrible and sad tragedy.
Having a piece of metal that people could touch or a piece of some building or aeroplane that still had some of the dust (and perhaps some minute part of somebody's body) on it seemed a little goulish to me.
Still each to their own and I guess some people would find some sort of interest in this exhibition |

| Gary Suson personally gave us a photgraphic review along with some hands on memorabilia. His exhibits will be embedded forever in ones memory about the horror that took place on that awful day, 9/11/01. |

| My wife and I visited the museum while on trip to New York, not knowing what to expect. When you first enter the room and realize it 's all in one room, you figure it's not going to be that great. Were we wrong! There's an amazing amount of artifacts and photographs never before seen. The raw emotion that everthing brings out in you is surprising. The self-guided tour is great. You can tour the museum in any order you like. Everything is numbered and all you do is punch in the number and you hear a wonderful explanation of the piece by the photographer, Gary Suson. We were so lucky he was there that day to lead the tour and autograph souvenirs. He was happy to answer any and all questions and was so accomodating. His experiences were tough to hear, but you realize just how horrendous it was at Ground Zero for those many months. You can also handle many items taken from the site and you suddenly realize just how devastating Sept. 11 was. We highly recommend visiting this amazing jewel hidden in New York City! You'll never think of that day the same way. |
