| This tour was put together with an amazing amount of respect towards the families and victims. There is nothing else like this. I was moved by the pictures, artifacts, and stories. I want to go back to see and hear more. I HIGHLY recommend this!! |

| We were lucky to have Gary Marlon Suson introduce the tour. He and Lou (the other FDNY fire fighter that hosted the tour that day) were very personable and willing to answer any and all questions. It's an intimate experience, and I'm glad they're keeping it that way. It was powerful to hear the various stories, see the artifacts, and remember the events of 9/11 and the years of recovery that have followed.
Would publicze to future participants that this tour does NOT actually involve a visit to Ground Zero.

| I have wanted to do something and know more of how to pray for the families and friends of victims. This was a wonderful tribute to our fallen heros and has given me a history lesson and a reminder of how good Americans are - deep down inside. The reverence provided to the victims, the support to the families, the memories shared all were done very tastefully and respectful of those gone and those remaining. I highly recommend this. it's an intimate setting where you can remember and not be jostled and shoved around as you are on the streets and in tourist attractions! REMEMBER and take you kids (recommend 9 or older) and tell them of the day we were attacked. |

| We loved the museum. There is and will be no other like it. It is very tasteful and respectful to all that were involved in the disaster. If you have even begun to forget, this is a must for all. I thank Gary for the love it took to create a place to think and remember the days of and following the bombings. He was also very kind to talk to us, since we were so very lucky to meet him. |

| I would recommend this activity to anyone looking for insite on what happened that horrible day. I learned so much more then what i expected and i even got more knowledge of what happened in the days that followed and months that followed. I would do it again. |

| We were very fortunate to have Gary Suson himself as our tour guide. We are from The UK, and whilst we were not personally affected by the tragic events of September 11th, we have been touched by the emotion and stories ever since.
On arrival you receive an audio headset full of stories narrated by Gary Suson. There are at least 100 exibits each telling their own story, which are both fascinating and sometimes very moving.
If you have an interest in 9.11, for whatever reason, I would strongly recommend a visit to this very unique and special museum. |

| On the day we visited ( Sunday 2 Dec 2007) we were fortunate to have Gary Suson head up our tour. The room was smaller than I imagined but so much information and emotion came over during our time there. The tour was due to last 1.5 hours but 2 hours later we were still there. The pictures, audio comentary and artefacts that you're allowed to hold or see tell you so much you might never have known. Gary freely talked to us about his role as photographer and it's clear to see the whole experience has taken its toll but the results of his work are amazing. We'd already been to the ground zero site the day before and it wasn't at all what I expected. However this museum and Gary explained so many things and makes us feel that people will never forget the heroes of 9/11 as long as this museum is there. It's not on the normal "tourist" routes but well worth your time off the beaten track. |

| It was a real opportunity to see the other side of things not shown on the TV or documentries. It gave a great insight into the work, stresses, tears, and laughter of the people searching for remnants of thier loved ones.It was one of the highlights of our visit to New York. |

| We didn't know what we expected to find, but we found a reverend museum of expression for what occurred on 9/11. Talking to the photographer added a layer of more emotion we weren't expecting. To go here first and then to go to Ground Zero made the day emtionally draining, but definitely special. I think it is a very special museum. Thank you so much for offering it. |
