| Suggest that the on-line booking or information website gives more background on what can be expected at the museum. When one talks of a museum you naturally assume that this is multi-levelled and has many rooms with artifacts and information. My husband and i were initially very disappointed in the museum - the first impression was not what we had expected. The introduction was interesting and the interaction with each item via your radio connection is a great idea. Too many people to be able to easily get to points when we needed to and the combination of an office and a museum was unexpected and perhaps not appropriate. Overall the museum was interesting and we learned alot from the experience. |

| Whilst we were initially surprised at the size of the museum, we don't think that there was anything more that could be fitted into this experience. The photography combined with the audio commentary ensured that you were truly involved with the exhibition. We found the visit a very moving experience and would recommend it highly to everyone who shouldn't foget that awful day. |

| Don't be fooled by the size of this "museum" when you enter - I passed nearly two full hours there. The audio tour takes you through the photographer's recollections of the photographs as he took them, the stories behind the people in them, and the descriptions of the various artifacts. It gives an amazing depth and context to the experience, and the time simply flies.
If you are visiting New York and want a meaningful experience to remember 9/11 and pay tribute, make it this museum.
My only slight criticism is the very heavy religious overtones, which didn't sit well with my personal values and beliefs - but this is a very personal exhibition, and I respect whatever helped to get people through this appalling time. |

| The ground zero museum is a fantastic way to get a deeper understanding of life at Ground Zero during the clean up. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The museum is quite amazing and the experience was tremendously moving. |

| Our visit was extremely informative about the event ,all those involved victims and recovery personnel. It is sad that what is happening to the recovery workers police, fire fighters etc isn't being told to the world as the after effects of this tragedy is just as horrific as the event itself.I would and have suggested to others that this tour is a must for every human being and my heart goes out to everyone involved.Thankyou it will remain with me for the rest of my life |

| I' am in the German Navy responsible for the Damage Control aspects, including FF.
Due to the job we stand in close contact with the Fire Brigade Hamburg for Ships firefighting.
I can imagine what kind of task it was down in GZ. BZ to all this men.
I know as well about your daily challenges and salut to every Fire Fighter.
In our Team Trainings due to the Command and Control structures we use the DVD from the two french guys because the plans are good but have to work.
By the way, if possible, greetings to Chief Pfeiffer.
We spoke here about the museum and one of my officers ask me, why we don`t have some artifacts/images to show here and collect money for the different charities.
As well we are always interested in presentations done by eyewitnesses.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Remark: The audio tour should be available in German
Greetings
