| A must see for all! I feel this exhibit may bring closure for someone who has been affected by 911. And a place to visit for people who have lost a loved -a place to mourn. I felt an indescribable presence. The exhibit is also a place to reflect on the giant tragedy that struck this unique country. A place to reflect on the value of life and how quickly it can be taken away.
The girls at the Workshop bring you through the events of the tragic day without the visual impact. The girls Lauren and Kelly were wonderful. I left with a feeling of living life to it's fullest. |

| This off-the-beaten-path hidden treasure is a must-see for everyone. The intimate setting and self-guided tour of the museum allow visitors to reflect on the over 100 displays at their own pace. Mr. Suson's photography is exquisite, and the tone of the museum is one of hope, rather than of mass destruction. Our children, ages 11 and 9, were very captivated and eager to learn about the events following 9/11 through the numerous photographic and artifact displays. My husband and I were also mesmerized by "witnessing" all of the heroic efforts that ensued following this tragic event. Thank you, Mr. Suson, for your talent in creating this museum. May God bless you. |

| This was a wonderful place visit. It really opened your eyes to the tragedy of 9/11! I loved that every picture had a story and that it was personally told to you by the person who took the pictures. |

| The workshop was both informative and inspirational. Mr. Suson captured the emotion of a tragic time with class and respect. I would definitely recommend this event to both tourist and native New Yorkers. |

| Mildly disappointed would be an accurate description of my experience with the Ground Zero Museum Workshop Tour. I expected something much bigger - the museum is nowhere near Ground Zero and is in a single open room that's maybe 600 - 800 square feet. I kept wondering as we approached the museum if we were really in the right place. Maximum capacity is probably only 30-40 people at a given time. The pictures and artifacts are interesting and moving but they reflect only those taken by the proprietor. Granted, he was the official (only?) photographer for the NYFD but certain famous photos, presumably taken by other professionals, are not included. For example, the famous photo of the body of Fr. Michael - the beloved chaplain of the firefighters - being carried by several firefighters was nowhere to be found.
The museum certainly treats the event with great respect and reverence but I would have expected something that was broader in scale that included the collective work of many, not just one person. |

| Without a doubt, this is the most meaningful museum that I have been to anywhere. Through Mr. Susson's lens, one experiences the horror and heartache of September 11th, but at the same time, visualizes the courage of the firefighters and other first responders who spent countless days at Ground Zero in their recovery efforts. I felt some element of closure having been to the museum and I am certain that my children now have a true understanding of why Mom and Dad cry when we speak about this terrible day in our Great Nation's history. If you have one museum to visit in New York City, make this the one. You will not be disappointed. |

| This is a beautifully displayed, tasteful exhibit. It is somber but certainly not gruesome. We had an excellent tour guide but the photographer was also
there and was happy to answer questions. I would put it as one of the most
important tourist sites in the U.S. |

| This is a small museum but very well presented. We definitely will recommend it to family and friends. It's a very emotional experience but something everyone should experience. We already plan on a return visit w/our 14yr. old. son. He read every page of the book we purchased on our visit. Thank you.
Just a suggestion: Also, sell sweatshirts and/or t-shirts in remembrance of 9-11-2001. |

| Enjoyed the museum, we were surprised that there was so much to see and learn about since the museum itself is very small, but the narrative in all the displays makes for an interesting experience |
