| I'm glad I checked out this gem whilst in New York. I was only young when 9/11 happened, but recently I've felt compelled to go there and pay my respects. This tour was informative and in good taste. The guide was very approachable, and only too happy to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely stop by again on my next trip to New York, and I'll be recommending it to any of my friends that visit NYC. |

| This excellent museum was a highlight of our visit to the city, tastefully and thoughtfully presented, and worthwhile to increase one's understanding of the incident aftermath. While many of us saw the tragedy happen in real time, the clean-up was only seen in bits and pieces due to the lengthy time involved. Gary helped bring closure to all that.
One bit of confusion... I could not figure out why you call it a "workshop." Please note that after a lifetime of developing, producing, and presenting workshops, the visit to your facility was just not a workshop. I almost skipped the visit due to the fact that I did not want to be in a traditional "workshop" setting.
Also note that my comment should not in any way be construed as a negative. This is a worthwhile stop for anyone.
Thanks. |

| This museum was truly amazing! Gary really captured some of the most beautiful moments in these firefighters lives. I was so moved by all of these photos and I truly enjoyed the personal experience that I felt. These people really came together as one family and reinstated my faith in mankind. The most incredible thing about this museum is that Gary Suson showed up and met with us! |

| My friends & I realy enjoyed the museum workshop. We thought it was very well put together in such a limited space. It was very moving yet also provided a good insite into the events if 911. Out compliments to the organisers.
FOR YOUR INFO:
Fr Michael Judge, victim of 911, Whose parents hailed from the village of Keshkerrigan, Co. Leitrim, Ireland. Today there is a lakeside garden of rememberence dedicated to Fr Michael Judge and the other victims of 911. The Irish Tricolour Flag flies alongside the Stars & Stripes flag. This lake side oasis is a poignant setting where all victimes of this terrible event are remebered.
May Thanks for letting us visit your musuem.

| I've been to NYC 4 times and have seen a lot, but this cannot be compared with anything. It is really a must see! I can't describe how impressive it is. When I'm back in NY I'll go again! |

| Went with my fiance who served in Iraq after 9/11 and his army buddy from VA. It was definitly worth seeing and we're going back in just 2 months! It was great to have the opportunity to meet Gary, the photographer who shot all the photos! |

| At first I was surprised, it wasn't what I expected. However, in the end it was well worth it. The audio was great. It gives a more positive and personal look at 9/11. My onlyl concern was that there were so many interesting items but I was worn out after about 40 of them. |

| The museum is very small and has some very moving pictures. However, there were 5-6 stories that were emphasized and repeated from the video, the tour guide and the audio guide. Probably could have taken just an hour.
My largest complaint is that it focused ONLY on the firemen, not on the other service personnel who lost their lives. Also, when Gary Suson talked on the audio guide of the pictures he took, he was a bit self congratulatory (irksome), like "I only had 60 seconds to take this photo). Who cares! It screamed of look how great of a photographer i am. Yes, he is, but that's not the purpose of the museum. Really detracted from our experience. |

| A very impressive, hard and beautifull tour. We all saw the the planes flying into the twin towers, the movies, but what happened afterward, what you showed (in a very respectful, not dramatic way) in the tour means understanding what the people involves had to go through.
I'm glad we had the change to see all that. It's a part of NYC, which need to be told.

| We found the museum to be one of the highlights of our trip to NYC, if not the top one it ties with the Statue of Liberty. Tastefully done, Very emotional. We highly rcommend this to any and all.
Thank you. |
