| Being from Birmingham, Alabama, this tour provided a very realistic portrayal of what happened on the day of 9-11. Great tour guide, Lauren, she was very knowledgable and descriptive of the 9-11 story. We have recommended this tour to several of our friends and family members. |

| The mystery surrounding the location of the musuem made me suspicious...like we had been ripped off.
From the guy who greeted us at the door till the end of our "tour" was an unforgetable experience. The initimate setting was the perfect showcase for such ...personal, emotion scratching photographs. |

| Our family enjoyed this experience beyond words. It was inspiring, but did pull at our heart strings. Gary Suson, the founder of the museum, and the photographer who shares his emotions through his art was luckily there at the museum the day of our tour. He autographed his book for us to. The museum is very small, and it should stay that way. It's intimate and keeps you close to the items on display. I truely hope my children absorbed the importance of the day this museum showcases. Thank you Gary for allowing us an inside view of the pain, sadness and laughter many families of 9-11 experienced. The Eisenhauer family......San Antonio TX |

| The museum was very well and sensitively presented. It was an amazing way to present such real and harrowing images of that fateful day. We are still talking about it now.A bonus was meeting the photographer himself .
Would strongly recommend a visit to this museum. |

| One room, but what a room. Informative narrative given at the beginning and then time to look at everything with an audio tour. It is a tasteful and sensetive journey in photographs and artifactsof post 9/11. If visiting New York do not miss it. A highly emotional experience, enjoyed may not be the right word but we did for all the right reasons. We visited from the Uk and will make sure anyone we know visiting NYC knows about this gem. |

| This was one of the most impressive things we saw on our visit to NYC in 2008
"Lest We never Forget"
It was so poignant without being obtrusive and gory. The pictures told a 1000 words and the audio attached to each picture told the story of that particular picture to the fullest.
The whole thing had deep meaning-one left this exhibit/lecture feeling a connection to those who not only left us on this fateful day but also to the loved ones they left behind.
I would recommend it highly to ech and everyone who visits NYC |

| I was here on business during 9-11. Stuck in the city for 3 days...I will never forget that SMELL as long as i live!
Enought time has passed to look back and rememberi the events in an objective way.
Did anyone is the USA sleep soundly for weeks afterwards? Was CNN your obsession?? Did you think about what happened constantly??
We all wanted to understand WHY???
I cant immagine the trauma for the families and those that lost love ones...it will be part of whom they are for the rest of their lives.
this museum is a fabulous, well presented, gentle but poinant reminder for us " to never forget that day in world history "and how it effected every single person in the USA if not the world.
I will never forget that day and this museum honors those who died in an appropriate respectful way.
God bless ever one invloved in keeping the spirit and memories of those alive who dies in 9-11 and whom since died as a result of their selfless efforts in the recovery. |

| While filled with personal stories of loss from the tragedy itself, we were moved by the fact that the museum felt more like a tribute to the recovery workers. No photos of the tragedy (which many of us have seen over and over) but rather photos and stories of the men and women who spent months tirelessly working to recover their loved ones or the loved ones of others. This was one of the best and most worthwhile things we did in the city! |
