| This display provides a rare opportunity to see and hear the details of the Ground Zero rescue effort. The audio tour poignantly tells stories of both the victims and the rescuers. The photographs are one of a kind. This exhibit completes the Ground Zero experience...just visiting the Trade Center site is not enough. |

| I can't say when I've been so touched as I was last week at this memorial of Ground Zero. The artifacts and photos were so moving, as was the film shown. Thank you, Gary for this wonderful tribute. |

| The ground zero museum is a fantastic way to get a deeper understanding of life at Ground Zero during the clean up. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The museum is quite amazing and the experience was tremendously moving. |

| This was so worth the time to go through the museum. I had 2 children and they each got alot out of this museum. The sign that leads you to the museum needs to be a little bigger but easy to find. Such a part of history now that is worth taking the time to see.
Thank you |

| The impact of this exhibit will stay with us forever. We were at first hesitant that this would not be worthy of our time on a trip to NYC but my husband, 16 year old son, and myself came away thinking this might have been the best stop we made in our 4 day trip to NYC. The personal stories brought home the devastation of this event and put real people and a real place to history. This will never be something that happened in another city, to other people, after seeing these photos and hearing their stories. Thank you for representing this tragedy with respect. |

| The exhibit was very good. I particularly liked having the hand-held device which gave you information on all the numbered objects.
It was nice to personally meet the author of the pictures and book.
There also was a fireman who was at Ground Zero on Sept 11th. After everyone had left the exhibit, I had a chance to speak with him one on one. That made it more personal for me and I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall exhibit. |

| The Ground Zero Museum Workshop Tour wasn't much of tour at all. The "tour" consisted of a group of about 20 people, huddled around a flat screen monitor, watching a rerun CBS News episode of an interview with Gary Marlon Suson. Mr. Suson was apparently the "Official photographer at Ground Zero for FDNY). We were then left to browse the pictures, and random items collected, and on our wireless handsets listen to brief explanations about them. The room was crowded and cluttered with what looked to be peoples personal belongings. Almost as if someone lived there..... We didn't stay long. |
