| Actually meeting Gary (the photographer) made the experience that much more meaningful. i was impressed with how much was in such a small space. being able to touch artifacts from the recovery really brought it home for me. it must offer a healing experience for those who knew someone that was lost as a result of 9/11. wonderful! |

| This museum has been put together with a tremendous amount of thought and respect towards the victims of 9/11and their families. Very, very interesting and being able to hold some of the artifacts was an honor. We had the privilege of meeting Gary in person as he was at the museum on the day of our visit. He is a wonderful, caring person and it was a real treat to be able to talk with him and listen to his stories. I will visit the Ground Zero Museum Workshop again on my next visit. It's a must see!

| Gary has assembled a wonderful tribute to the thousands of victims & heroes of September 11th. We appreciated that the museum didn’t focus on the terrorist attacks. You will see no footage of the planes crashing into the World Trade Center. The whole experience was very moving, powerful & something every American needs to experience. Through headsets given to each person as they enter the museum we listened to 2 moving videos played on a large screen television. We were then on our own with the use of the headsets to listen to the personal stories behind each individual photo & artifact in the room. We both felt this made the entire experience more intimate as we were able to go at our own pace. We were privileged to meet Gary Suson. It was difficult to convey properly (in words) as to just how remarkable we both felt his work was. We highly recommend visiting to learn the history of the Ground Zero recovery period. You cannot help but feel very connected to the events which unfolded on September 11, 2001. This museum will make you think, cry & be something which leaves a lasting impression. From the museum, we recommend going directly to the Ground Zero sight. "Never Forget!"

| This was a great way to understand what happened on the 'pile'. Mr. Sussans views through his camera were fantastic. This might not be for everyone due to the emotional aspects of what happened. It was great to meet Mr. Sussans and hear from him first hand. |

| Sometimes it's hard to realize that you haven't healed from a traumatic event until you have to come face to face with it again. The ground zero museum forced me to face 9-11 again and to see the grim reality of the recovery effort in a very thoughtful and safe atmosphere. I cried many a tear while I looked at the pictures in this museum, but I found it very therapeutic and it made viewing ground zero that much more meaningful. Anyone who was at all impacted by the events of September 11, 2001 needs to see this museum and take in the experience of the recovery effort to truly understand the extreme sacrifice made by many men and women in the NYPD and the FDNY. I am a Canadian citizen and I was still deeply touched by 9-11 and I am so glad that I took in the Ground Zero museum so that I can finally start to heal from the attack on all of our freedoms. Well done and Bravo! |

| The museum and video presentations were done tastefully and respectfully. The photos evoked the emotions of Ground Zero rescuers in a way that words could not. It gave me a new perspective on the impact of 9/11. I highly recommend this tour to everyone. |

| A very moving experience. Informative, thought provoking and emotional. Individual headsets afforded privacy whilst being amongst a larger group of strangers.
Would highly recommend the experience. Thank you. |

| We cannot explain how we both felt during a visit to this museum. The information available, the artefacts you can see, feel, touch is absolutely true and amazing. It makes you think and feel for all involved on 9/11. Although we have no connection or knew anybody or lost their life or from the rescue of it all, we felt part of it, which was comforting. I would highly recommend a visit to the musuem. The audio tour was very informative and personal as you could absorb the information given by yourself with peace and quite and truly have some kind of idea of what these people went through. We were very lucky and to have personally met the official photographer Gary Marlon Suson. |
