| This was a great tour and Lou was a wonderful educator to our group. I enjoyed this tour and of all the things we did in New York City this week, this tour is something that will stay with me for the rest of my life. It is very emotional and heartwarming at the same time. The heroism that went into the rescue and recovery will amaze you and the grief can be overwhelming. To know that retired firefighter fathers geared up and worked tirelessly to find their fallen sons speaks of the strength of a parent. The photos and artifacts are priceless and still, it is so hard to wrap your brain around the fact a business card or a golfball survived while a human being was vaporized. It is something I will never forget and I am so grateful this museum is here for others to visit and hopefully learn from. This is a tour every American should visit so they never forget the tragedy of 9/11 and what we are fighting for. God Bless Gary and everyone involved with this sacred museum. |

| For such a difficult subject, the artist presents the material in an entirely respectful manner. My family was SO moved... we will never forget. |

| This museum is very tastefully done on such an emotional subject. It is well worth the entrance fee and it is historical and factual. We truly enjoyed the presentation and the thoughtfulness of the presenter as well. It was a very moving and wonderful experience for our family. Thank you!! |

| Took my three children - ages 20 - 14, and thought they really got alot out of this. It is very small! But you will quickly find out that you cannot listen to all the stories behind each display because there just isn't enough time. The Ground Zero site is just a construction site now so this is what you want to go to for a profound look back on 9-11 and the recovery efforts! |

| Being from Birmingham, Alabama, this tour provided a very realistic portrayal of what happened on the day of 9-11. Great tour guide, Lauren, she was very knowledgable and descriptive of the 9-11 story. We have recommended this tour to several of our friends and family members. |

| This is the first thing we did upon our arrival in NYC. I believe for most people, 911 is now the first thing that comes to mind when the word "New York City" is spoken. This museum allowed our family the mechanism to give our respect to those who perished and those involved in recovery. This is well thought out and tastefully done and must see! The neighborhood is in the process of regentrification and very interesting to explore as well. Immediatey following the visit, we headed downtown to the World Trade Center site . The rebuilding gives you the sense of our nation's perserverance under any circumstance. |

| What I liked about this 'museum' was that even though you are a part of a group tour it is very much an individual experience. You are left alone with your thoughts as you listen to the individual stories that the pictures and artefacts in the museum tell.
Peaceful, emotionally confronting and private. Exactly the way a memorial to that day should be.
Setting up a museum about September 11 was never going to be an easy thing to do. I couldn't think of a better way to do it. Well done Gary. |

| I cannot say enough about this incredible museum. We were luck enough, privelidged in fact, to meet Gary, who happened to call in to do some work on the day we were there. The pain is still in his eyes and the pictures were amazing. Its an absolute must see for anyone travelling to new york |
