| I took my mom to the Ground Zero Museum as a birthday present and it was excellent. The museum was very moving and informative. I couldn't stop talking about it when we got home. It truly is "the best little museum in NYC". Our guide was excellent, and everything about the museum was done very well, with sensitivty and compassion for those who lost their lives in the WTC. I was very impressed with the museum and would recommend it highly. |

| This was a wonderfully touching and educational museum. Such thought and detail and respect has gone into it. My husband and I attended with our youngest sons age 20 and 21 who were thoroughly enthralled by the entire event. I can't recommend this enough to people. It really makes you think about what happened on that day in New York City - and how many people were affected and still are. |

| I would highly recommend this emotionally packed museum. It is easy to see that all involved in this endeavor have put their heart and soul into it. The photos really paint a picture of what happened on that day and the search that continued for survivors. We were lucky to meet Gary Suson who is the photographer for this amazing collection. Besides viewing the photos, you are able to pick up and hold artifacts from the site. We enjoyed our tour guide who easily answered all our questions and encouraged us to stay as long as we wanted. This museum is even more important now that you really can't get close to the actual 911 site. I would not miss this tour! |

| Initially I thought that such a small museum couldn't do justice to the subject. However the tour guide was amazing (she could really be a TV presenter!) and it was an added bonus having the photographer there. The videos get you into the atmosphere, and the recorded guides for the photos were just the right length and fully engaging.
No doubt in my mind that this museum will preserve the memory of what happened on that awful morning and thereafter for many years to come. |

| My sister & I visited New York recently & I suggested we visit the Ground Zero Museum as a way of marking our respect for those who lost their lives on 9/11 and their surviving family, friends and colleagues. We also wanted to acknowledge the NYFD, NYPD, Rescue Workers, other service personell and the Chaplains of various faiths who worked so hard for so long to rescue people, alive and dead. We were not sure what to expect other than photographs by Gary Marlon Suson. I can only speak for myself about how I felt upon walking up the stairs into the gallery - I thought I might not be able to hold it together and become very emotional but the presentation was so respectful & it was openly acknowledged that it would be human to become emotional. Seeing the photos and some of the remnants of 9/11 was almost too much to withstand initially so I reminded myself how much worse it was for those who suffered on that day and the continued suffering of their families, colleagues and friends. It was a peaceful environment and the young woman guiding the tour was outstanding in her presentation. I am very grateful that I was able to visit the Ground Zero Museum and hope it long continues to offer some comfort to the people of New York. It's okay to cry and boxes of tissus are discretely placed around the studio. |

| At first I was surprised, it wasn't what I expected. However, in the end it was well worth it. The audio was great. It gives a more positive and personal look at 9/11. My onlyl concern was that there were so many interesting items but I was worn out after about 40 of them. |

| I can still remember the day it happened, and even though I live across the seas, it still envoked a lot of raw emotion.
