| We thought the musem was very interesting and very well put together. The two people who spoke at the beginning of the tour were very knowlegable and made it a very relaxed tour.
I would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in the events of 9/11 |

| This was great for all of us, from my 12 year old son up through the adults in the group. It was hopeful, yet very real about the emotion and pain experienced by those touched by the event, which is really all of us. The hope in the situation is what shone through. Thank you for showing that side of things. |

| While visiting NYC for the first time, my family and I did a lot of sightseeing. We enjoyed the Ground Zero Museum the most. It was very informative, thought provoking and tastefully done. It was great to be able to hold some of the pieces. The stories were truly touching. I would highly recommend the museum. I brought home books for my husband who didn't get to go with us. The museum is well worth the nominal admission fee. |

| I'm glad that we decided to visit the workshop as afterwards we visited the ground zero site and it just felt like any construction site. The workshop is very well done and I don't think you can visit New York without taking time to reflect on what happened to the city. |

| My mom, sister and I went to the Ground Zero Museum Workshop and were so glad we did. The photos were beautiful, moving and thought-provoking. We learned so much about that day that changed the lives of all Americans. I encourage everyone to go. |

| It is as close to being in the "footprints" in the aftermath of the 9/11 WTC tragedy as one can get. It is ,literally, a tangible close encounter of unspeakable horror and grief. There is a sacredness to the exhibit of appproximately 70 artifacts and close up photography. Holding that small section of Flight 011's wing ,and glass and steel from the towers was a profound sobering experience never to be forgotten. It is certainly the most important historical artifacts interactive experience in my 59 years. I want to go back, and am encouraging everyone I know to visit the Ground Zero Museum Workshop followed by a trip to the WTC site, and St. Paul's Chapel for the deepest understanding of the events of those terrible days. Allow a whole day to take it all in, to reflect, and to pray. |

| Gary was not there on our tour day. However, our two guides were personable and knowledgeable. It was a learning experience and a very intense emotional experience. The photographs, stories, and items recovered made 9/11 real for us once again. The room may be small but what is contained in that small room is amazing. |

| My wife & I and both adult children were very impressed by the Ground Zero Museum. Great video to start the experience. We were fortunate to have Gary Suson present & he spoke for 10 minutes & his insight was greatly appreciated. The photos are top-notch & the audio system that allows you to hear the story behind each photo, in Gary's own words, made the photos come alive.
We would encourage anyone to visit this museum. It has an amazing ability to bring you very close to the reality of what this recovery process was like. It will enable you to appreciate & admire the dedication, bravery & sensitivity that was a part of every individual involved in the process. |

| We didn't know what to expect as we approached the museum. We were happy with the reverence respect shown to the families of the disaster.
It was a good way to (if you will) ease us into visiting the actual site.
I have been telling my friends and family about our experience and I would highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting the city,.

| My two daughters (seventeen and twenty) and I visited Gary Suson's museum and workshop. We were impressed with the respect and care Gary showed for the victims, survivors and the countless people who helped with the recovery. Through his photos, collection of artifacts and commentary the miles between our home in the west and Ground Zero were diminished. We felt a connection to the loss, the grief and the hope experienced in the months after 9/11. Each photo is numbered and corresponds with a commentary narrated by Gary on an audio wand. With each of us in control of our own wand we were able to pick and choose those photos that were particularly touching or interesting. The room was large enough to accomodate our group but small enough to feel more like a room in a home than in a museum. We all agree the time spent at Ground Zero Museum and Workshop was one of the highlights of our trip to NYC. |
