| The museum was great, very well presented and very emotional.
My only recommendations are as follows:
1. A better introduction. The women greeting visitors and presenting the introduction were a little to stiff and animated. They did not seem comfortable and it felt that they were just running through a script. A museum that is so emotional should really be presented by someone more genuine and heartfelt.
2. More time. I was the only person in my group that listened to every audio recording available and after a while I felt that I had to rush. I did not have enough time to listen to each item even when I did move faster since another group was waiting in the entry and their introduction had alreayd begun before I was finished. This museum presents intense reactions for some people and feeling that you need to hurry through is not very plesant or comforting. Adding just a half hour to the tour would allow plenty of time for someone to give full attention to each audio recording. |

| One small room creates a special atmosphere but disappointes according to the price. There are roundabout 100 pictures and items you can get an audio commentary for. I think the main goal of the GZMW is not to present a lot of information or pictures, but to create an emotional basis. Including admistration fee nearly 30 $ is too expensive for this visit. |

| It gave me chills to see such a nicely put together collection of items from the tragic 9/11 sight! It was also nice to be able to walk around, and even touch many of the items, while listening to touching stories on the headsets at our own leasure! Many times I was moved to tears, as were others around me, as we moved about the room! I will not forget my experience at your tastefully done exhibit! I would certainly recommend it to anyone planning on visiting the New York City area! |

| Gives a first hand view of 9/11 and the work at the site from people who were personally involved in the terror. |

| An enormous amount of material is packed into this tiny museum and it is extremely well managed and presented. I did, however, find myself extremely irritated by the constant reference to the photographer and owner of the museum.
The photographs and artifacts were excellent and a chilling reminder, but it would have been a thousand times more powerful if Gary Marlon Suson had been a more silent narrator, instead of an ever-present star. An independent blue pencil through the script would probably help a lot. |

| My husband & I are visiting NY from Melbourne, Australia and like all Australian's we were effected by the events of 9/11 and wanted to see the site and learn a little more about it. The museum/workshop is unique and we were lucky enough to be there on a day when Gary was there which made it even more touching for us. The photographs and artifacts were incredible and although the visit atmosphere was one of extreme sadness and horror you still feel a sense of closeness and an enormous bonding with everyone. I think if I had lost a loved one on 9/11 I would feel a sense of peace and comfort. It must have been an incredible situation for Gary but all his photographs and artifacts are shown with such high regard and respect for every situation and person involved. I was moved to tears by some of the touching moments, as was my husband, but when we left we didn't feel depressed, we didn't speak about it for some time, but we both were very glad that we had visited the museum/workshop. I purchased the book and Gary was kind enough to sign it for me and I will treasure it for always. It will stand pride of place in a special place in my home in Melbourne. Thank you for allowing us to share this with you. |

| This is a MUST see on your trip to New York!! The museum is small and intimate. There is alot of information shared, from the photographer that captured emotion, 7 devistation. You even get to touch a few peices of steel made as a cross that was given to all the family members that lost a loved one on 9/11 It's emotional so bring tissues!!! |

| This is a fantastic opportunity to experience as close as you can get to the tragedy and loss of life that occurred on 9/11. It was extremely moving, everyone in the group was touched in some way and many shed a few tears. The intimate stories told by Gary provided a personal touch to the individuals involved not only the lives lost but the huge team of people involved in post 9/11. |
