| Sometomes we have the oportunity of see the worst and the best of the human been. The worst is the terrorisms atacks to the world trade center twin towers. The best is the encourage of many people as the firemen and polimen who offers their lifes.
Donīt miss this place because since, 11/09 lives in the heart of New York forever |

| Often this exhibit seemed to be more about the photographer, than the photography. Example: "I was told not to go into the subway, but did anyway..." and "I came across this page from the Bible...". Overall, I thought the Ground Zero museum (on Liberty street?) was better. |

This was a very intimate experience.

| This museum wasn't anything that we expected. We had assumed that it would be an actual tour of Ground Zero but when we looked up the location of the actual museum we realized that wasn't the case.
Once we settled in and we were able to take the time to visit each photo and artifact we felt that we had a very intimate look into that experience for not only individuals but also New York as well.
We would recommend this museum to anyone who can appreciate spending about 2 hours looking at some very humbling and touching images. |

| Had a great experience, staff was excellent and meeting the photographer/owner was great - very down to earth and easy to talk to.
Out of towner, very few people I asked (locals) were aware of the musem, as I walked up to the musem I was beginning to wonder if this was legit, remember out of towner and NY has some events that are less than stellar. The location is somewhat by itself and the burned out building next door adds to the suspicion.
With the current advertising I almost missed my chance to taken part and my trip would have been so much less meaningful. As it is, I was not able to use this as part of the explorer pass and we paid directly to Zerve as I wanted to lock in my reservations and I was directed back to NY Explorer...there were only two reservations left and I could not take that chance.
Okay - hope that helps, I would strongly recommend the visit and if I am back in town will take anyone who has not had the opportunity to 'experience' this exhibit - many kudos. |

| This was one of the best museums that we visited while in New York. I would definitely recommend it! It is very emotional and humbling. |

| I would like to share that the male instructor was very knowledgable. He spoke clearly and made sure we understood the images we were viewing. |

| The Ground Zero Museum Tour is a combination of a regular museum and an art show, with the emphasis on the latter since it was put together by the Ground Zero official photographer who understandably wishes to display his work. What makes it special is the interaction between his photographs of the recovery effort and the artifacts recovered. Everything is done very reverentially and respectfully. The museum is in fact one small quiet room in which visitors are shown a couple of short films about the project, and then are allowed to individually select those photographs about which they wish to hear narratives (with headphones). |

| I found the Ground Zero Workshop Museum on the web by chance whilst Googling for things to do on our recent first visit to NYC, DC and Williamsburg. Our visit was without doubt the highlight of the whole trip. Stark, vivid and emotional images captured by the artist's camera are brought to life by the informative guides and the excellent self guided audio tour. The latter in particular was impressive, with the artist's voiceover complimented by soundtracks taken from that fateful day and shortly afterwards.
The most vivid of many memories I took away were the emotion of images portraying the retired cops & firefighters looking for thier missing sons and the seeming official indifference to the financial plight of the firefighter who contracted throat cancer from breathing in toxic fumes and the attitude of the insurers who prevented access to the Deutsche Bank building for four years!! |

| The content was interesting and the commentary on the headsets well done - not too much talking, but enough to bring the photos alive.
For $15 this would have been a highly recommended experience. But for almost $30 - simply over-priced. |
