I would advise anyone who wants to see first hand through the lens of a camera the raw emotions of this event as it unfolds to see this exhibit. |

This is a worthwhile visit which gives an emotional insight into the aftermath as seen by the firefighters. The stories and information passed on is truly touching and brings home the impact on so many people.
It would perhaps be worthwhile putting these amazing pictures and stories with other experiences, and remembering that so many other nationalities were also involved.
Definitely worth a visit before going to the site. |

Expected more, but what was there was very interesting. Smaller than expected. Location of museum was not well described or visible. |

The room was filled with pictures and actual World Trade Center artifacts. The exhibit was self-paced and very informative. My 14 year old was able to get a better idea of what happened 10 years ago and how the country was changed due to the horror of that day. Yet there were many pictures and stories that had a happier take away from the 9/11 experience and reminded us to remember that we're strong. |

Seeing some of the items collected from ground zero, brings it home. Photos are stunning. A sure museum to see while in NYC |

Coming from Arkansas, I really had no in-depth knowledge of the events, circumstances, emotions, and hazards surrounding those who endured 9/11 in NYC. My understanding has increased tremendously. Although it still seems surreal, this museum workshop really put to life the faces, voices, sounds, and experiences behind 9/11/01. I couldn't leave even one exhibit behind - even staying late to read and listen to the very last one. And the owner was more than willing to accommodate my interest, and even answered the many questions I had - and on a very personal level. The value is definitely exceeded by the experience, and the fact that the workshop donates some proceeds to help those directly affected by 9/11 makes the cost even more worthwhile. BOOK NOW AND VISIT THIS MUSEUM DURING YOUR VISIT TO NYC!

I took my husband to the WTC Memorial Workshop for his birthday. The museum is small so it allows for the experience to be initmate and comfortable. After the initial video introduction there was not a dry eye in the place. Following that you walk around the museum with a headset and can choose which stories you hear by selecting the number next to a photo or artifact on the wall. They also allow you to hold certain artifacts from the towers. It was a very emotional and touching experience that I would highly recommend to anyone. |

Small location but extremely large in content. We feel it was meant for us to be there because an extra tour time was added for the day and the photographer was in attendance unexpectedly because he is normally not there during tours. Going through that tour was a learning experience and very emotional and I would recommend it to ANYONE! |
