| I did not know what to expect after arriving at the location. Once you enter the room it is like you enter a part of history. Seeing the pictures and all the relics that were recovered from Ground Zero made you feel sad but overwhelmed by everything. It is unbelievable. A must see by everyone. Helps you inderstand more of what happened that day and for months after that fateful day. Gary did a wonderful job. I hope it stays open for a very long time. I want my grandchildren to see it. I stll can't stop talking about it and what I learned that day. The earphones and the ability to hear the stories behind the pictures and items from Ground Zero is the greatest idea. Thanks for the best part of my day trip to New York. |

| It's a rare thing to have such individual guidence in a museum. The space is small and therefore you are able to really begin to process the magnitude of 9/11.
It's a very special and unique experience compared to larger museums and gives a feeling of what that day must have been like for people who were actually in NY as oppossed to what people saw through the media watching from around the world. |

| My son has read and watched many documentaries about 9-11. He is 30 years old and lives in Colorado. He and I attending the workshop and it was the highlight of the trip to NY.
We were especially moved because the photographer and curator of the museum was out guide for the experience. His knowledge, openness, warmth, and emotional connection brought the experience to a highly sensitive level. We are recommending it to as many of our acquaintances and friends who may be traveling to NY in the near future.
It is an incredibly moving experience and I can't give it a high enough rating! |

| It was humbling to actually be able to hold and touch things from that day. Most of us have no idea what people went through, but this tour helps you to realize. I have not stopped talking about it since I was there. |

| This tour was so emotionally moving. 911 affected every American. By being a witness to the tragedy , this tour helped with healing and understanding of what New Yorkers went through on that day and what it took to overcome this. Gary was there along with his helper Sean. They made me feel so welcome and so grateful for coming to their workshop. It has to be the most memorable part of my trip to New York. Thank you Gary, and God bless you for what you did with your museum. |

| This is one of the best museums. There is just so much information all packed into such a little room. It was time very well spent. I recommend it for anyone who wants to go beyond what you see on TV. It was a very moving experience. Thank you so much to the photographer that has allowed us to explore these images. It was truely a Must See. |

| Great place to visit to appreciate 9-11 (although obviously very touching). We were fortunate enough for Gary to be present during our tour so we really got the upfront and personal. I would recommend attending! |

| The ground Zero museum is very hard work emotionally. It shows in photographs what happened after the cameras went away during the clean up. It is a small intimate setting, but don't mistake this for a lack of value for money - there is masses of information and photographs to help you to understand what the recovery workers went through as they cleared the site ready for redevelopment. You book in advance, and there were only 11 people in the museum when we went, which made it easier to cope with all the detail. The video footage makes even the toughest cry, but somehow, it is done in such a positive way that for all the emotion, you are glad you went. Lewis is lovely, and very helpful, and if you are lucky enough to attend when Gary is there,as we were, then he will sign your books and pictures for you, and spend all the time you need to make this the best value activity of anything we did during our stay in Manhattan. It isn't for children, but for the right group of adults it is a remarkable story told in photos, and I would recommend it to anyone. |

| I was amazed at the level of effort that has gone into this Museum. It tells stories that we would otherwise be unaware of. This Museum is a must to see, as it captures the physical effort and the emotional effect on everyone that was involved in the 9/11 tragedy. I found it to be a very powerful and yet uplifting experience. |
