| The museum was smaller than I expected but the photography was excellent and the comments by Mr. Suson really gave you a feel for the gravity of the experience. It is artfully presented and respectfully done.
I did feel the tour was a bit pricey at $25 per person. It was mentioned that a portion of the proceeds go to the families of 9-11 but it was never clarified as to how much. |

| I avoided the other Ground Zero offerings available and booked this off the back of recommendations on Tripadvisor and it was a good choice. It was sensitive without being over-emotional or sensationalist and showed a side to the tragedy that I had not seen much of previously, focussing on the recovery efforts by the fire dept and other groups. It helps that group sizes are kept very small as the bulk of the time spent in the museum, which consists of 1 small room, is a self-guided audio tour of 100+ photos and exhibitions. I came away with a much greater appreciation of the work carried out post 9-11, particularly in circumstances where many of the workers had themselves lost friends, family and co-workers. |

| Carol and I visited the ground Zero museum on Aug 21, 2008. As we began the tour of the pictures, I was fascinated by the stories. After I finally looked up (came up for air) we were the only ones left in the room from a tour of about 12. Thank you for your efforts in preserving the many stories. |

| Our family enjoyed this experience beyond words. It was inspiring, but did pull at our heart strings. Gary Suson, the founder of the museum, and the photographer who shares his emotions through his art was luckily there at the museum the day of our tour. He autographed his book for us to. The museum is very small, and it should stay that way. It's intimate and keeps you close to the items on display. I truely hope my children absorbed the importance of the day this museum showcases. Thank you Gary for allowing us an inside view of the pain, sadness and laughter many families of 9-11 experienced. The Eisenhauer family......San Antonio TX |

| Although this was not a tour of joy or happiness, it really let you see and feel what the people on 9/11 were going through. Eventhough it will be 7 years shortly, I still think about it everyday. My husband was sent there on 9/12 and 9/13 through his work and it was really scary for me to see him go. My girlfriend lost her brother that day and his body was never recovered. I was getting married on 9/22 which was 11 days after the attack and my future husband at the time came home on the 13th, we ended up sick, me with bronchitis, fever and pink eye and he with an upper respiratory infection all fro 9/11. However, when I think what all those poor hopeless innocent people went through that day, us being sick for a short time did not matter. So we did get married on the 22nd and although it was a very happy occasion all at the wedding remembered what happened on the 11th. |

| This museum was amazing and very touching it is something everyone must see to realize what happened on 9-11 and years after. Not only is it a reminder to never forget. It is a soft warm place to feel a since of healing. The emotion in each picture definately tell a story and every piece in this museum is shown respectfully. It was especially good for my children to be able to understand. I have already told many of my family and friends about this museum and that it is a must see. |
