| As the wife of a serving Firefighter I knew that this would be an emotional experience but also one which was uplifting too. The museum is set out in a way that you are able to learn all about the terrible events of 9/11 almost first hand. It was very moving to see how this awful event unfolded before us all , but filmed and told in such an understanding and sensitive way that makes it an absolutely essential place to experience. The museum itself is set in a fairly small area and is quite intimate so is only open to small parties of around 10 people at a time, so it is advisable to book in advance. It was uplifting because you can also read about how those involved are comming to terms with what happened and how life goes on after it. I would recommend this museum as no matter how far away you were on that date it was an event that touched all of us and it makes us realise how much people give through their work for others without a thought for themselves. The ultimate sacrifice. |

| I was very moved by the Ground Zero Museum Workshop and Tour.Having all those pictures and artifacts in such a small room made it seem like I was actually there with Gary. I was lucky enough to meet Gary at the Museum . It really put a face to everything I had seen. |

| I must admit that when I first saw a one room museum I was somewhat skeptical, but I found the visit to the Ground Zero Museum workshop to be one of the most powerful I have had at any museum in the USA or abroad. Perhaps because I remember so many of the events so clearly, it was so extraordinary. I was also quite impressed with the guides, and their sensitivity in dealing with the issues, and was honored to meet Mr. Suson, and speak to him personally.
I feel that one of the most valuable things was the lack of a commercial air about the entire situation. It was simple reporting of a catastrophic event, and bringing it to the daily human level.
I have recommended this museum to everyone I speak to, especially New Yorkers who are not even aware it exists. |

| To be able to hear and see the stories of the ground zero workers makes the event all the more real to me as an outsider from Texas. Two hours really isn't enough time to get through it all in this tiny space - but it is well worth it. |

| As a survivor I was interested in seeing this museum and many of the original images captured. Although it was emotional, my family and I really enjoyed seeing the very different perspective offered at the museum. The remnants and images were tastefully presented in a very intimate and thoughtful way. Every American should see this to learn more about this tragic event from a different viewpoint. |

| As part of our 18-year-old daughter's high school graduation gift, we decided to have a mom and daughter getaway to New York (we're from California). When planning our trip, I wanted to make sure we scheduled some more meaningful activities other than shopping. Luckily, during our research of things to do in NY, we came across the Ground Zero Museum Tour. We had never heard of it, but was quite impressed with the write-ups and the interview with the man who created this museum. So, I bought tickets and hoped for the best. To call it a "tour" does not do it justice... it's an intimate "experience", where you actually "feel" the emotions that existed during this significant and devastating event in history. Words sometimes cannot fully express the emotions that visuals can. Gary Suson, the sole photographer and owner did an amazing job capturing and sharing the heart and soul of September 11th. We were very fortunate to meet him during our visit and be able to thank him personally for educating us beyond what we saw and read in news coverages. Both my daughter and I agree that this Museum visit was one of the best things we did in NY! We definitely recommend this to anyone who will be visiting NY. |

| This might be the smallest museum in terms of square footage you've ever been to, but It's the biggest in terms of information and heart!! Amazing photos, information, and assorted items all connected to The World Trade Center attack. We had the good fortune of meeting the photographer / owner of the museum. You can still see how it still affects him. Be prepared to shed a few tears, but don't worry, they have plenty of tissues and chocolate to help you get through it. |

| This is a small museum with a large number of photographs all numbered to enable you to listen to an explanation by the photographer. It is a powerful account of 911 and the impact on lives. I found it to be very emotionally draining but am really pleased I visited it and congratulate the founder on dealing with the subject matter so sensitively. |

| A must see for all! I feel this exhibit may bring closure for someone who has been affected by 911. And a place to visit for people who have lost a loved -a place to mourn. I felt an indescribable presence. The exhibit is also a place to reflect on the giant tragedy that struck this unique country. A place to reflect on the value of life and how quickly it can be taken away.
The girls at the Workshop bring you through the events of the tragic day without the visual impact. The girls Lauren and Kelly were wonderful. I left with a feeling of living life to it's fullest. |
