| I have been to this museum workshop earlier in the year. I find it a tourists' jewel and not very publicized. I understand the reasons, however, the concierges at the hotels should know about it.
I did not go on this ticket. our trip was canceled. |

| I was expecting more than I could see there. More action, different, more than I've seen on tv in 2001. The pictures are great, I liked to see some stuff but the movie didn't show more than I could watch on tv. The girl who works there is envolved and very polite, so, I am disapointed but it's ok, I enjoyed my time.
About Zerve: you are so good , everything about the tickets and the informations about local, hour, etc. was ok. Next time, if I need to go to any place , I certainly will contact you. And you be sure that I will recommend you for all my friends in Brasil. Thank you very much for your help and attention, I really appreciated that. Regards,

| My friend and I went to the museum not knowing what to expect; however, we knew that while in New York we had to go there. She is a retired United Airlines flight attendent, and she wanted to pay her respects to her lost comrades. The museum is an amazing educational display of that fateful day and its aftermath. Gary Suson has done an outstanding job of sharing his experiences with the public and survivors of those lost on September 11, 2001. His photographs and narration gave a first hand explanation of what happened that fateful day and the months to follow. The museum is well organized, and each artifact tells a story. We were particularly moved by the page from Genesis 11 and the story of the Tower of Babel. We spent two hours at the museum listening to Gary's narration and viewing every photo and article on display. The next day we went to the World Trade Center site and watched construction workers build the new buildings. We were so glad we had gone to the museum first. As we watched the work in progress, we visualized what had taken place eight years ago. A visit to St. Paul's Church was also an emotional experience after we had heard Gary's stories and seen his photos about the work that went on inside the church to provide a place of rest for weary firemen, policemen, and volunteers. Every American should visit the Ground Zero Museum and St. Paul's. We truly understand why we must never forget what happened that day to take away our world as we knew it. Things have never been the same and never will again. We thank God for people like Gary Suson who will keep this information there for the public and the survivors to see and hear. |

| This excellent museum was a highlight of our visit to the city, tastefully and thoughtfully presented, and worthwhile to increase one's understanding of the incident aftermath. While many of us saw the tragedy happen in real time, the clean-up was only seen in bits and pieces due to the lengthy time involved. Gary helped bring closure to all that.
One bit of confusion... I could not figure out why you call it a "workshop." Please note that after a lifetime of developing, producing, and presenting workshops, the visit to your facility was just not a workshop. I almost skipped the visit due to the fact that I did not want to be in a traditional "workshop" setting.
Also note that my comment should not in any way be construed as a negative. This is a worthwhile stop for anyone.
Thanks. |

| This exhibit puts you right in the middle of the whole 911 event. You will have a hard time not shedding tears for the individuals of 911 with the exhibits and photographs of this exhibit. |

| Finding all the material in one room initially made one feel that it was going to be a disappointing experience. How wrong could one be! The size of the room magnifies the intensity of the museum, and having a hands-on with material from Ground Zero actually brings you closer to victims, their families and the emergency services. The photographs all have a story to tell, and being narrated by the photographer only heightens one's feelings and reactions.
It truly is unmissable. |

| This display of photographs and artifacts from the recovery of the 9-11-01 World Trade Tower attack, collapse, and ensuing disaster was powerful. Even though I was not personally related to any of the victims, I feel the assault had been an attack on all Americans and this museum reveals the tremendous act of love and respect the recovery personnel showed in performing the arduous task of recovery. After viewing the museum pieces I now feel an even greater sense of loss and question why this tragedy ever took place. This is certainly a testament to the photographer and his work. One does not get the feeling that the photographer wanted to do anything but share his view of the gruesome ordeal, both emotionally and physically, that the process took on the brave men and women who cleaned the site. I was particularly affected when I noticed a single woman's high heeled shoe, somewhat crumpled and dirty. It could have been mine. |

| Everything costs more in New York, and this is no exception. If you don't mind spending $25 per person, then do go. It was just a bit heavy on the budget bringing a group of church youth and spending almost $400 for the experience. The stories behind the pictures were moving, however. I do wish I had bought a book. |

| We were scepticle about the museum when we were told to meet at a doorway in the Meat Packing District. Once inside the museum workshop, we were actively engaged in the imagery around us. The photographer, Gary Suson, just happened to be at the museum while we visited so questioning him about his tireless endeavor enhaced our visit. The programmed audio headset enriches each artifact and photograph. The viewer feels the emotion of the individuals captured on film without seeing the bodily destruction of the victims. Two hours was a perfect amount of time to see and hear all about that tragic moment in time. |

| As as grandmother of a 12 year old grandson and 8 year old grandaughter who will inherit this legacy of history, I wanted it to be a learning experience that would be fully explained and felt as an act of terrorism and the end of our nation of innocence.
Thought it was presented very well, but not scary, just sensative information about a terrible incident in our history and one if not prevented by our sense of security checks and watchful concern, could maybe happen again. |
