| This was a wonderful place visit. It really opened your eyes to the tragedy of 9/11! I loved that every picture had a story and that it was personally told to you by the person who took the pictures. |

| This is a small museum but very well presented. We definitely will recommend it to family and friends. It's a very emotional experience but something everyone should experience. We already plan on a return visit w/our 14yr. old. son. He read every page of the book we purchased on our visit. Thank you.
Just a suggestion: Also, sell sweatshirts and/or t-shirts in remembrance of 9-11-2001. |

| Everything costs more in New York, and this is no exception. If you don't mind spending $25 per person, then do go. It was just a bit heavy on the budget bringing a group of church youth and spending almost $400 for the experience. The stories behind the pictures were moving, however. I do wish I had bought a book. |

| I have done research, read magazines, watched news reals, spoken with people who experienced 911 and yet until I visited this museum I was not fulfilled with the information I had collected. I was able to finally let go of any kind of emotion that I had regarding this tragedy. All of my questions were answered and I finally felt relieved once I left.
I would recommend this museum to EVERYONE!!!! |

| Great - uplifting. And we were lucky enough that the man who was responsible for the Museum was there so we were able to speak to him first hand and have him answer any questions. |

| This "biggest little museum" left a lot of feelings in my heart! It provides interesting information and deep impression and compels you to consider the human beings from the very new points. Thanx to its creators! |

| My sister & I visited New York recently & I suggested we visit the Ground Zero Museum as a way of marking our respect for those who lost their lives on 9/11 and their surviving family, friends and colleagues. We also wanted to acknowledge the NYFD, NYPD, Rescue Workers, other service personell and the Chaplains of various faiths who worked so hard for so long to rescue people, alive and dead. We were not sure what to expect other than photographs by Gary Marlon Suson. I can only speak for myself about how I felt upon walking up the stairs into the gallery - I thought I might not be able to hold it together and become very emotional but the presentation was so respectful & it was openly acknowledged that it would be human to become emotional. Seeing the photos and some of the remnants of 9/11 was almost too much to withstand initially so I reminded myself how much worse it was for those who suffered on that day and the continued suffering of their families, colleagues and friends. It was a peaceful environment and the young woman guiding the tour was outstanding in her presentation. I am very grateful that I was able to visit the Ground Zero Museum and hope it long continues to offer some comfort to the people of New York. It's okay to cry and boxes of tissus are discretely placed around the studio. |
