| The Ground Zero Workshop is an important reminder of the tragedy and the determination of the human spirit that was 9/11. The exhibit is done with reverence and dignifies all those who lost their lives as well as those who came to the rescue.
Don't pass the chance to partake in this very moving experience. |

| having been a NYer all of my life and being in NYC on 9/11 I was reluctant and at the same time drawn to the museum. I have been to the WTC site many times since 9/11, have many friends and family members who have experienced personal loss and who participated in the search and rescue. It was a pleasure to be able to take each part of the exhibit at one's own pace. Choose to skip over certain parts or spend extra time at others. the size of the exhibit and the restriction of participants gave you an opportunity not often found in a museum and certainly not in one in NYC. I took my son who was 11 at the time of the attack and who has a different perspective, but nonetheless, he too was impressed. While it was an emotional experience, it was not overwhelming. Balanced? Respectful certainly. Memorable and worth the time. |

| This was my fiance and I's second visit to the musuem. We brought to friends who wanted to view the musuem. It is a deeply touching and moving experience. A must see for those who would like to learn more about ground zero. |

| The Ground Zero Workshop is a must see! Attend the workshop and then head to Ground Zero to see it in person. The workshop was very informative and was very sensitive to the issues at hand. Well worth the money spent. A once in a life time opportunity. |

| I live in New York City, but visited the museum with family members who live out of state. Visiting the museum provided essential context before taking them to Ground Zero (which is now a busy construction site bearing little resemblance to the images of 9/11).
This is a small museum with a big punch and a bigger heart. If you are visiting New York from out-of-state I highly recommend visiting. You will learn more about (and feel more connected to) the events of 9/11 at this museum than you will by visiting Ground Zero itself.
My only constructive comment to the museum's management is to hide the video game console and games which were stored (neatly) in plain view of visitors at the flat-screen television. I don't begrudge the use of video games by staff when there are no visitors present, but the triviality of video games could be offensive to some guests as they view emotionally charged photos and artifacts, particularly the family and friends of victims. A simple media cabinet would solve this problem for everyone. |

| I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for an up close and personal view of September 11, 2001. What has been done in this small loft apartment will live with you for a lifetime. I cannot give enough praise to the creator and the staff members at the 9/11 Workshop Museum. Prepare to leave with a very deep, emotional impact that will have been embedded in your mind. A good experience for children as there are no unhealthy images of the impacts or collapses. |

| Mr. Suson has done an unbelievable job of documenting the tragedy of 9/11. The pictures, artifacts and helpful staff will help people years from now to remember what has happened....and to never forget it. |

| I took two 10 year old twins to this museum. As we left, the girls turned to me and said, "Can we come back here sometime? " Both girls were touched by the museum...I felt the size was perfect for the girls and the personal, respectful nature of the staff added to their experience. Gary Suson was kind enough to take a picture of the girls with their cell phone which the girls treasure. I am a museum consultant, working on over 100 museums. I will tell you that this place is special because of the sensitivity and humanity that was characteristic of the design decisions. |
