| Everything costs more in New York, and this is no exception. If you don't mind spending $25 per person, then do go. It was just a bit heavy on the budget bringing a group of church youth and spending almost $400 for the experience. The stories behind the pictures were moving, however. I do wish I had bought a book. |

| We were scepticle about the museum when we were told to meet at a doorway in the Meat Packing District. Once inside the museum workshop, we were actively engaged in the imagery around us. The photographer, Gary Suson, just happened to be at the museum while we visited so questioning him about his tireless endeavor enhaced our visit. The programmed audio headset enriches each artifact and photograph. The viewer feels the emotion of the individuals captured on film without seeing the bodily destruction of the victims. Two hours was a perfect amount of time to see and hear all about that tragic moment in time. |

| As as grandmother of a 12 year old grandson and 8 year old grandaughter who will inherit this legacy of history, I wanted it to be a learning experience that would be fully explained and felt as an act of terrorism and the end of our nation of innocence.
Thought it was presented very well, but not scary, just sensative information about a terrible incident in our history and one if not prevented by our sense of security checks and watchful concern, could maybe happen again. |

| I really enjoyed being able to actually touch objects like the glass from the WTC buildings. Also thought the narrations on the "walkie-talkies" provided to each visitor was a good idea; it enabled each person to look at the displays at their own individual pace, My husband got a kick out of talking to Gary when he dropped in at the end of our time at the museum. |

| My daughter- age 26 - and I are very patriotic and she has lost a very good friend in Iraq. I, like so many other americans, were glued to our TV's during 911 and this was a very moving, meaningful and tasteful "next chapter" in my 911 journey. Thank you so much. |

| Amazingly effective considering the size of the Museum.
Two hours worth spending as a powerful reminder of the events of 9/11. Recommend you visit this place prior to going to Ground Zero. |

| Gary's photographs and dialogue brought so much detail to Ground Zero. The experience was both heart breaking and uplifting. A special bonus was having the opportunity to meet Gary! |

| It was unexpected because we actually thought we booked the tour at the WTC site, instead we went to the Meatpacking District to an out of the way second floor studio.
When we realized we misunderstood, we were somewhat anxious. But what an unexpected surprize. SO WORTH THE TIME! I have already told many friends around the country. This is truly one of Manhattan's best kept secrets.
It is an educational tour, a very personal tour and an extremely moving tour! And No walking needed except around the room. Gary Suson has given himself through his hundreds of photographs and collection of artifacts so that the visitor feels what he felt, sees what he saw and walks away with a real understanding of what it was like from September 11th, and throughout the following year. I love the way he has allowed the visitor to tour at his own pace and spend as much time as you want with each photo or artifact. It is a great idea to have the earsets and the flexibility to aim the remote in any order you wish to hear his own words as he felt and saw it, each day. He basically lived with the rescuers day in and day out and the visitor gets to share and be a part of that experience. And if it gets too emotional, they always remind you that there are "anti-depressant chocolates in the restroom" :-)
I will definitely go back as will my friends.....

| The artifacts and audio about each picgture/artifact was well done and interesting.
We paid $27 per person through Zerve, and a handout at the activity indicated the cost was $15. We wonder about the difference in the cost. We hope it all went to the FDNY families!
The tour guide was knowledgeable. The pictures striking. The whole presentation was respectful and thoughtfully presented. |
