| When we entered to begin our tour of this museum, we were fortunate to discover that Gary Suson was present. He gave us an introduction to his museum and also gave an insight into the conditions he witnessed during the recovery at Ground Zero.
The museum is a collection of stunning photo's taken by Gary Suson and a selection of artefacts recovered from Ground Zero. Each of the exhibits has a corresponding number, which is keyed into the supplied audio handset and headphones to give a narrative description. The museum is very well laid out and it takes almost the full duration of the allotted time to view all of the items and listen to the audio descriptions. Each of the exhibits is sensitively displayed and captures the reality and humanity of what took place at Ground Zero. The museum is a respectful reminder that we should never forget the events of 9/11 or the countless number of people affected by this tragedy.
We briefly met Gary Suson again as we left the museum and we would like to thank him and his staff for having the vision to bring about the Ground Zero Museum Workshop. This museum is a "Must See" on any New York itinery. |

| This museum is small but delivers a very powerful message. It was well presented and the guides were great. Very intimate and you will see and hear things that have not been seen anywhere else. This is a must see. |

| The Ground Zero Workshop was very moving. It brings back the emotions of 911. The groups that tour the exhibits is small and that make it more enjoyable. I would highly recomend The Ground Zero workshop tour to any Firefighter like myself but also for any American and non-American visiting New York City....Never Forget! |

| An amazing collection that speaks most from its silence. The pictures capture an event in the most moving way I could imagine. The artifacts, often haunting, are never distasteful. The prersenter for the introduction was filled with compassion for the event he spoke of and for the museum he represented. One can not imagine all that is contained in a 1,000 square foot room. Two hours vanished in both my tears and awe. A tribute done with love.

| The Ground Zero Museum Workshop Tour was an incredible experience. Even though it was in a small location all the artifacts and pictures were breathe taking. Sometimes the tour got intense and emotions started to run high, but it was a positive experience full of information and one that I will never forget. |

| We were on a tight schedule going to this tour. We thought the tour was an hour long, but it's actually about 2-hours, and if you plan to listen to the whole tour plan for a maximum of 3 hours. The tour is mostly an audio tour by Mr. Suson's voice of 100 pictures and/or artifacts that he was only allowed to take. If you plan to listen to ALL the pictures than plan to do the last tour-time of the day. Prepare yourself, because if you do listen to it all, it may be overwhelming for some people. Also, do not plan to buy souvenirs early, because they only allow to buy after the tour is over, which is when you are done finishing listening so that could be after an hour-and-a-half to two hours into the tour. Another thing, I was expecting to buy but they do not sell there; there are NO magnets there. Note, that all sells, tickets, and etc money mostly all go to the victims of the 9/11, but very little is kept to keep the museum running. By going to the museum, all you will be doing is helping others. It's for a good cost. Enjoy! |

| Outstanding visual and auditory experience of Ground Zero. Although the room holding the exhibit is small, the experience is intense and personal instead of cramped or crowded. There is alot to take in and the approximately 75 minutes alloted to review the individual pieces is reasonable, although you could spent twice as much time and not be bored. The individual audio capabilities that keys to the individual exhibit pieces is a crucial element of making this a very satisfying and personal experience. |

| I thought the tour was very well organized with the video and the photo displays. The tour put together interesting facts with personal touches from the photographer. In my view the tour focused on the recovery and not the devistation of the event. This point of view may it very exceptable to young children. I attended the other tour at ground zero and even though it was cheaper I still enjoyed your presentations much better. |

| As a survivor I was interested in seeing this museum and many of the original images captured. Although it was emotional, my family and I really enjoyed seeing the very different perspective offered at the museum. The remnants and images were tastefully presented in a very intimate and thoughtful way. Every American should see this to learn more about this tragic event from a different viewpoint. |

| Very well organized and in order fashion.
The only problem I had ,was to find the building because considering location, need sign on side walk ,I was not looking high enough.
It was very well made, and by the end I wanted to see and hear more stories.!
After my tour I went around the corner to the bar and left and probably still there a pamphlet about the museum and raved about all afternoon to whoever walked in!
The most touching museum I ever being!!!!
God Bless!
