| The museum offers a large collection in a small, yet comfortable, space. The museum focuses on photographs taken by the Official FDNY 911 photographer. It is excellent for the whole family and offers explanations for all of its over 100 articles including photographs and real objects from the site. | ||||||

| This might be the smallest museum in terms of square footage you've ever been to, but It's the biggest in terms of information and heart!! Amazing photos, information, and assorted items all connected to The World Trade Center attack. We had the good fortune of meeting the photographer / owner of the museum. You can still see how it still affects him. Be prepared to shed a few tears, but don't worry, they have plenty of tissues and chocolate to help you get through it. | ||||||

| This museum was fabulous. New York offers other amazing tourist hotspot museums like madame tussauds and ripleys, but the ground zero workshop topped it all for me. You get to witness artifacts that you never thought would be shown to the public. The people there are kind and generous, they really treat their guests with respect and gratitude. It is DEFINITELY the biggest small museum in the world. 100% recommend, you would be missing out if you didnt go! | ||||||

| I stumbled upon this museum and thought it would be really upsetting. But it actually made things more real and refreshed me with the selflessness of those who responded day after day to the site to help famillies find closure. | ||||||

| The museum was very nice and intimate. I think the small groups was a nice personal touch to really appreciate the essence of the museum and the contents of it. The time alloted was sufficient, yet due to being emotionally overwhelmed I was not able to get through all of the numbered exhibits. Although I would like to have been able to. I wish that after the museum I could go on a web site or be extended some type of temporary pass code good for about 2 weeks, so that I could see and hear more of the exhibits I may have missed. Other than that, It was a beautiful and respectful way of remembering, honoring and reflecting on that very tragic day. I will never forget it. I am glad that the museum is not located near the actual ground zero site, which we visited the very next day. It was hectic and busy there & the full appreciation of the intimacy of the groundzero museum would not be fully absorbed due to the chaos there. | ||||||

| The event was one that we never should forget. Through the museum, you get a little closer to some of the rescue workers lost as well as the rescuers after the tragedy. We found ourselves trying to listen to every explanation of every picture or artifact but we ran out of time and missed about the last 25 - we would have liked another 30 minutes. We felt the experience was meaningful and we hope that it continues to be available for visit. | ||||||

| I have been to this museum workshop earlier in the year. I find it a tourists' jewel and not very publicized. I understand the reasons, however, the concierges at the hotels should know about it. I did not go on this ticket. our trip was canceled. | ||||||

| We have been there in Aug. 2009. My kids are 7 and 9 years old. They got a very good impression of ground zero - not scary for kids. The team is very friendly and well trained. We will be back!! | ||||||

| The arrangement of stories in the Ground Zero Museum was very interesting without being too emotional and personal. I think the balance between facts and emotions was very fine. | ||||||

| When I first walked in, I was surprised at how small the space was. However, I was quickley reminded not to "judge the book by it's cover". There were so many things to explore with the help of the guided audio tour, that I went over the 2hour timeline trying to look at everything. The museum was not at all exploitive, but rather allows you to immerse yourself in that day and puts you front and center of our beloved twin towers and the people we lost that day. | ||||||

| I visited the museum with my two children ages 12 and 14. They don't remember much of anything about 9/11 and I went to this museum for myself primarily. It was a poignant and moving experience for all of us. I have been traveling in New York and D.C. for two weeks and this museum was one of the highlights for sure!! The museum is very intimate and you can get very close to the artifacts and pictures. The photographer who captured the images describes each one in detail on the audio tour. The museum seems very small, but once the initial video presentation is over, you have an hour and 20 minutes to view the contents. I did not get to everything, although my children did. They learned a lot and so did I. The personal stories will blow you away. Visiting the site is nothing compared with this museum. It is definitely one of the best museums I have ever visited. Go, experience, you will not regret it!! | ||||||

| While this museum is small, it is well worth the cost. We brought our two teenage daughters who had only learned about 9/11 previously through conversations, TV and school. Seeing the artifacts, photographs and hearing the transmissions made it real for all of us. The museum is put together nicely. I especially liked how each individual could go at their own pace through the audio tour without losing the rest of your group. Well done Mr. Suson! Thank you so much for all of your efforts and most of all for sharing with the world. | ||||||

| The museum was much smaller than we had anticipated and we became a little skeptical at first. But once the tour started and we were introduced to all the artifacts around the place, it became so moving and emotionally powerful. It felt much more intense than actually being at ground zero itself. Very much recommended. | ||||||
