I live here and didn't need a review of 9/11.

I went with family from out of town. Pictures are magnificent but I have seen them all and been through the emotion of losing acquaintances. The room is small and not comfortable for older people. There is only one chair that is more than two feet off the floor and would require a push off from the floor to stand. I don't need the "never forget" routine. Thank you.

We enjoyed our visit to the Ground Zero museum very much. We saw lots of photos and artefacts which gave you an insight into the people and surroundings of that tragic day. You have got to admire all the people who got involved and send our heartfelt condolenses to those who did not make it through.

This was the one thing I had to do on my first trip to NYC...after reading all the reviews, this is a must visit museum!! It was my way of being able to pay respect to all of the 9/11 victims, their families, and the dedicated recovery workers. The photographs and artifacts collected are something to be seen - I bought an autographed copy of Suson's book as my way of making sure that my family NEVER FORGETS. It's wonderful that the proceeds from ticket purchases and book sales go to several 9/11 charities.

This Museum was heartfelt and true to the lives of the fallen and trescuers. It gives much insight into what went on during and after the recovery effort.

Humbling- very much recommended

It's a very small appartment that was set up like an art gallary with photos and artfacts from 9/11 displayed all over the room. There is an introduction in the beginning followed by a short film about the artist who took all the 9/11 photos. Then everyone has about 1.5 hours to listen to narrarations about all images and artifacts in the room via headset. Some photos are very moving and others are a bit humorus to add some comic releif to the room. It's hard to believe that almost 10 years have passed when you can still remember where you were and what you were doing during the time the attack happened. I recommend it to anyone wanting to learn a bit more about 9/11 attacks. However-- should do this museum before going to ground zero.

I was very moved by the Ground Zero Museum Workshop and Tour.Having all those pictures and artifacts in such a small room made it seem like I was actually there with Gary. I was lucky enough to meet Gary at the Museum . It really put a face to everything I had seen.

What an awesome experience. Definately something to been, that won't soon be forgotten. The museum was the highlight of our trip to New York and the difficult subject has been handled humbly and respectfully.

Don't leave NYC without doing this tour

It was an excellent tour - the photos were wonderful, and the intimate stories that accompanied them really brought them to life. Seeing the artifacts was quite surreal - though not as surreal as holding them in your hands, which you are able to do with a select few of them. It was a very moving experience, and definitely two hours well spent.
