T he Little Museum of Horror and Sadness

| The discussion of the event was provided by the photographer himself the day I was there, the video and display were very very well done. The pictures were so moving . It was quite evident how much the photographer himself had been affected by his experience of the horror that he saw,and the time he spent taking pictures at Ground Zero. Frankly this little museum needs to be moved to a larger space to do it better justice. And I bet more pictures would be on display of this horrible event if there were more room. it was really a touching experience! Tanya Tweeton Fort Lauderdale | ||||||

| I could not believe all the things that were found in all that rubble. Very heart warming to see everyone working together to find surviors and people that did not make it, this is how people are suppose to work together not against each other. The sad part is a bad thing had to happen to get people to open their eyes and work together for one common goal. The sad thing is most people went back to just thinking about themselves again. | ||||||

| I'm so glad we were able to attend this museum. We really enjoyed how everything was set up and how we could spend the amount of time on each artifact that we wanted. It was so thought provoking going back to that horrific day. This is a must-see prior to attending Ground Zero. | ||||||

| Everyone should visit this museum. The events of 911 changed all of us forever. The exhibit was very moving. I liked the interactive nature; being able to explore at your own pace. I think the setting is perfect - not overdone - it allows the photos and the stories to dominate the space. | ||||||

| My Father, 2 sisters & I were so thankful that we heard about the Workshop. It was definitely worth the time & money. The museum was brilliantly staged and provided a deeply moving experience. Holding the artifacts from Ground Zero and hearing the stories behind the photos helped us further understand the whole tragedy. | ||||||

| 911 affected so emotionally and still does, I losed no one, and live in California but I lost my American innocense that day I was born the year after Pearl Harbor. The pictures Gary captured and shared in his museum gave my husband and I great comfort to see the pictures he took and the stories behind them. Of the scenes we never saw. The strength in all that were in involved in the rescue and recovery mission brought us both to tears. THE TIME AND RESPECT SHOWN TO EVERY VICTIM BY ALL THE RESCURERS AS THE WERE BROUGHT OUT OF THE RUBBLE PROVED WE ARE STILL A STRONG AMERICAN> | ||||||

| The museum must be seen to fully appreciate what happened on 9/11. It is a very moving tribute to those that died and to those that risked their lives to save them. it is more of an experience than it is a museum. It cannot be missed. | ||||||

| Although a small museum the Ground Zero Museum provides great stories. Really touching stories and everything is very well executed. I can warmly recommend this experience to everyone. | ||||||

| We had heard so many positive comments about the Ground Zero Museum Workshop Tour, and were definitely not disappointed. This was a very powerful and moving experience. The ability to touch and hold some items from the 9-11 disaster during the exhibit distinguishes this museum from others. We were so fortunate enough to have Gary Suson there at the Museum on the day of our tour, and he made an outstanding visit even more special. We highly recommend this activitiy to anyone who wants to learn more about the courage of the firefighters and others who worked and even gave their lives to help save others in the aftermath of 9-11. | ||||||

| It lets you into the life's of those effected by 9-11. You get a different insight about 9-11 then you do from the media. The pictures and artifacts in the museum are from people who were their during the recovery period. It's amazing to see everything and is definately worth the time when you go to New York. I would HIGHLY recommend it! | ||||||
