| I would recommend this tour, and already have done since I have been home. A lovely little personal museum, which left me feeling very emotionally at the end. Superb pictures and very personal stories to each. Gary himself attended the tour, though we still had a guide, and he was a truly lovely man. I do not live in the USA, but feel this an important museum for any to visit, so that we do not forgot the many great people who helped during this sad time. ( and dogs!) +++ | ||||||

| The museum is a small portion of the photographers work. I am sure the museum could be 10x bigger. I was nice to look at an artifact or picture key in the corresponding number on the headset and hear why and what the photographer saw when the picture was taken. The photographer Gary Suson happen to be there the day I attended. He was very open to any conversation. | ||||||

| Really enjoyed our 2 hours at the workshop. The whole session was very well presented and you were able to take your time listening to all the commentry. It was good to get some background before the session started and this was a good ice breaker. I've already recommended the worskhop to friends back here in Edinburgh. | ||||||

| Though not quite as emotion-rendering as some reviewers have claimed, the presentation was interesting and the photos of the recovery were amazing. What a responsibility it must have been for the photographer to follow this operation day to day and witness the destruction, pain & suffering that was caused by 911. I was most touched by the fact that this is a place where the families of the survivors can gain some closure. | ||||||

| As Australians we were somewhat removed from the 'emotional' side of 9/11. Not anymore, this musuem showed us the human face of 9/11 and the actual horror and feeling of helplessness that must of existed at Ground Zero. It also showed us how as human beings we pull together in times of need and how we urge each other on, to keep going no matter how dire the circumstances. I would recommend this tour to people of all ages, our children aged 10 and 15 were both touched and interested by the stories told at this musuem. Having only small groups at the one time also made the experience a more personal one & allowed everyone there the time and space needed to listen to and learn about the happenings at Ground Zero. The 2 guides on the day also showed a great deal of knowledge and compassion when speaking about the events of 9/11. This was a couple of hours well spent and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the happenings of 9/11 and the day that changed America. | ||||||

| After experiencing this, my fiance and I looked at 9-11 with a whole new set of eyes. I would greatly recommend this workshop for anyone who comes to NYC and is looking for a tribute to those that died. We even had the chance to sit down and chat with the owner for a bit. GREAT EXPERIENCE! | ||||||

| The museum was better then we anticipated. It was very informative and true to the facts. We wanted to make sure this was not a cash grab and it was set up to help educate and heal . We were satisfied that the museum was what we hoped it would be. | ||||||

| This was my second time visiting this place and it is a very moving, powerful experience. It's really a memorial. Gary Suson is a wonderful human being and had a superb idea to create this museum. Having it in this one room that has 2 small sofas in the room and some chairs where you can just sit and take it all in, in addition to the audio and personal tour is just a perfect way to experience this. I think everybody in the universe needs to go at least once. My second time was just as moving as my first time. It is really not to be missed on a trip to NYC. | ||||||

| This was a great tour and Lou was a wonderful educator to our group. I enjoyed this tour and of all the things we did in New York City this week, this tour is something that will stay with me for the rest of my life. It is very emotional and heartwarming at the same time. The heroism that went into the rescue and recovery will amaze you and the grief can be overwhelming. To know that retired firefighter fathers geared up and worked tirelessly to find their fallen sons speaks of the strength of a parent. The photos and artifacts are priceless and still, it is so hard to wrap your brain around the fact a business card or a golfball survived while a human being was vaporized. It is something I will never forget and I am so grateful this museum is here for others to visit and hopefully learn from. This is a tour every American should visit so they never forget the tragedy of 9/11 and what we are fighting for. God Bless Gary and everyone involved with this sacred museum. | ||||||

| This museum is very tastefully done on such an emotional subject. It is well worth the entrance fee and it is historical and factual. We truly enjoyed the presentation and the thoughtfulness of the presenter as well. It was a very moving and wonderful experience for our family. Thank you!! | ||||||

| Took my three children - ages 20 - 14, and thought they really got alot out of this. It is very small! But you will quickly find out that you cannot listen to all the stories behind each display because there just isn't enough time. The Ground Zero site is just a construction site now so this is what you want to go to for a profound look back on 9-11 and the recovery efforts! | ||||||
