Pride of the Hudson Narrated Sightseeing Cruise

The boat ride was very peaceful and informative, until a group of people came in and hung out around the bar. They were not drinking just talking loudly, increasing volume whenever the loud speaker was on. They were quiet on the way back. Maybe you could run the tape on the return trip also. All in all a nice day. We couldn't find any where to sit outside.

Although I enjoyed the cruise I was extremely disappointed when I disembarked at approximately 3:10 PM. I was looking forward to enjoying a late afternoon lunch on the waterfront, I was turned away from three of the restaurants even though they had seating because they were nolonger seating and told I should come back in 1 hour to 90 minutes. Since I had a three hour drive ahead of me I didn't want to wait. So I drove an additional hour away and found a lovely restuarant by the water in Kingston, NY. I was ready and willing to spend more money in Newburg but apparently your economy is during so well you don't mind discouraging people from spending time and money in your community.

Very scenic it was a wonderful day and the crew were very helpful and polite. This was my second time and I had a great time.

We found the Pride of the Hudson tour very informative and a very pleasant ride. We highly recommend this tour to tourists and people who live in the Hudson Valley.

We had a short family holiday, took the 4pm 2hour tour. All eight of us loved the experience. The views were spectacular, can only imagine when the leaves are in full color. [ May need to come back for that. ] Very relaxing and peace full .

the experience was only marred by the smokers on board. We sat outside and couldn't escape the smokers and as we waited to exit the smoking inside was annoying as well. there should be a "little show and tell demo" with the life jackets- I never could figure out where they were. the ride was comfortable the staff extremely nice the weather-possibly the most beautiful day of the year the scenery and commentary interesting. would recommend to others. should offer instructions from 9west north

A very pleaseurable and informative afternoon. Have never seen that part of the Hudson River by boat before and the commentary just added that little bit extra. Crew could not have been nicer. I hghly recommend this adventure for anyone

Would recommend to anyone visiting the Hudson river valley.The views of West Point were outstanding.

This was an enjoyable trip. We took it because it went past Bannerman Castle. On the downside, we thought the cruise would go closer to Bannerman Island. It could have gone much closer to the island for a better view. The narration was informative and the crew was pleasant and helpful.
