| I loved this tour, our guide was so familiar with the history of the Haight Ashbury neighborhood and the hippie movement that everyone enjoyed themselves. My family really got a kick out of her talks about Jerry Garcia, Janis Joplin and Hells Angels- it gave a great overview of the area, and included history from before the Summer of Love and how the current state of affairs in the "hood" is. |

| Izu provided a lot of information. Loved the old photographs too.
But more than anything I loved the tour for who she is - a real character. |

| My husband and I took the Flower Power Walking Tour right at the end of our trip to San Francisco and it truly was the icing on an already very groovy cake! Izu was a fabulous guide... Fun, informative, and best of all, authentic (to coin a Digger term). She relayed plenty of colorful facts and interesting personal stories, making the Haight of the Sixties come to life before our eyes.
The Hippie Museum was fascinating as well. Thank goodness you all are keeping the dream alive. Power to you! Not only will I recommend the tour to others, I will gladly do it again next time we visit the city. |

| Recently, my 2 friends and I set out on our Senior Trip after our Graduation from High School. I am a nostalgic individual and I have been fascinated with the hippie counterculture since I can remember. I came across the Haight Tour on the internet and I thought I would give it a try. Although, I was unaware that this tour was going to be one of the main highlights of our trip. I completely recommend this tour for anyone that is interested in history, especially the 60's. Izu, our tour guide, was amazing beyond all reason. She really made the experience a great one. Izu is a unique person with a big heart and I would recommend having her as a guide any day. Her knowledge and natural connection with the love generation makes the tour a great one! This tour really made my senior trip and I am totallly amazed that I was able to view and experience what I did. It has always been a dream of mine to take a time machine and travel back into the sixties, this is the closest I could've gotten :o) Highly HIGHLY recommend. Amazing! |

| It was a very nice walking tour with a perfect guide, Esu? We come from Denmark, very far from San Francisco and for us it was fantastic to be in these areas, where the hippie movement started.
There were many good stories, maybe some of them were lies, but that does'nt matter. It was very entertaining. And we had many good pictures from the houses where Grateful Dead and Country Joe lived many years ago. |

| The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area. She provided lots of detail about the people, architecture and shopping areas. It was a comfortable walk around the neighborhoods. If you are interested in finding out more about the late 60s in Haight Ashbury then this is the tour for you! |

| Izu our tour guide was a hoot and the highlight of the tour. Her personal perspective of the era coupled with her knowledge and stories made it entertaining and informative (and FUN). Would be nice if you offered private tours...we would have signed up for one if we knew about it. |

| My husband and I really enjoyed the tour. I used to live in SF, so I particularly liked the history of the area, how it was built up from sand dunes and the architecure. My husband likes rock & roll music and was familiar with most of the musicians and groups mentioned, as well as some of the musical landmarks. It was a very enjoyable way to spend the morning, and the guide was very informative and interesting. Plus he knows everyone in the neighborhood, which gives the "big city" a friendlier feel. |
