What a great way to spend a Friday

| My boyfriend and I have always wanted to see the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco and thought that we should sign up for a tour rather than try to do it on our own. Our tour guide, Izu, provided so much more information than we had expected. She was fabulous, friendly, funny, enthusiastic, passionate, warm and inviting as well as extremely knowledgable about the Haight-Ashbury district and surrounding areas. Talk about get your money's worth from the trip!!! This lady works very hard and has a passion for what she is doing. We were in San Francisco for eight days and had taken several tours and this one was the very best. I would highly recommend that people meet up with her and have her show you the points of interest and beyond. We had a great group of people with us and everyone truly enjoyed themselves. By the end of the tour we were all hugging and laughing. We will always remember the fun we had and the history we learned.
Thank you, Izu for making our tour memorable. This is the only way to truly experience the Haight-Ashbury district.

| My friends and I really enjoyed the walking tour with Izu. She provided stories from an amazing era. She was vibrant and passionate throughout the walk. I would also like to mention that the cost was very reasonable too.........Kudos!

| Having been a college student in the 60's, I thoroughly enjoyed wandering through the memories. So much of the Haight is the same as yesteryear so that I could still feel the ambiance as our guide, Izu painted the vivid pictures of the times. She was very knowledgeable and personable.
I highly recommend this tour!! |

| Stannous Flouride, yes, that's our guide's name, led our group of about 17 on a wonderful walk through the Haight Ashbury district. It was supposed to be two and a half hours but we walked and talked for three and a half. The tour is more than, "here's where this famous dead person lived, and here's where someone once lived for two months". The area, the architecture, the businesses, the vibe, are all included in a very entertaining package. The walking is not difficult and Stannous knew everybody who went by making you feel as though you were taking a stroll with a friend through his neighbourhood. It is an informal , fun activity that I would recommend to anyone who remembers, even vaguely, the 60's. It is a nice contrast to the more organized bus tours. Just dress warmly. We went on July 24 and it was freezing cold. |

| Isu was informative , entertaining and cool! We were happy to share this wonderful time in our history with our teenage daughter, who loved it. I have already recommended it to my brother and his family who are coming west i August as a "must do" |

| My wife, daughter and I were on a morning our with Izu. She was absolutely fantastic, she helped make our trip to SF memorable, years from now I'm sure Izu will be the only thing we remember, and also Nureyev's breasts on the wall mural.

| The tour guide was knowledgeable and quite a comedian, which I found to be a little bit of a distraction. The Haight was a great place to visit, the best bloody mary's around too. I'll be back! |
