| The tour guide did an exceptional job or keeping each person on the tour interested. My wife was not really looking forward to the tour; however, it was one of her favorite activities while we were in San Francisco. I would recommend to anyone wishing to visit San Francisco to take the Haight Ashbury tour, especially if classic rock 'n' roll is in your blood. Five stars ***** | ||||||

| Very attentive colorful leader who was great at giving us a feel for how Haight ashbury has changed over the years and what life in the sixties was all about. We had a lot of fun remembering those days and reliving that era through the stories. Super restaurant recommendation. We loved it. | ||||||

| Expected to hear about the history and events in the neighborhood, however, the tour was mostly about architecture and who lived where. We were not even told about the famous music store located the next bloc. Wasn’t completely waste of time but I wouldn’t recommend it to people who has limited time to spent in San Francisco. | ||||||

| YOU SIMPLY CANNOT GO TO SAN FRANCISCO, WITHOUT TAKING THIS TOUR OF HAIGHT ASHBURY...EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT SPECIFICALLY INTERESTED IN THE 60'S AND THE HIPPIE MOVEMENT, BECAUSE BY THE END OF THE TOUR YOU WILL BE BLOWN AWAY...AND ANY TOUR IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE GUIDE WHO GIVES IT...AND THE GUIDE FOR THIS TOUR "EZU" IS THE GREATEST AND MOST RELIABLE AND AUTHENTIC SOURCE OF REFERENCE FOR THIS TOUR. SHE HAS SEEN IT ALL...BEEN THERE DONE THAT, LIVED AMONG IT AND THRU AND CARRIES THE SAME TORCH OF THE 60'S, BRIGHTER AND PROUDER THEN EVER TODAY 40 PLUS YEARS LATER. EZU IS FUNNY AS SHE IS SWEET, AS SHE IS 100% AUTHENTIC AND THE REAL DEAL. | I would recommend this tour to anyone. Our tour guide was relaxed, funny, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the area and its history. It was a vast improvement over simply wandering up and down the block by ourselves and he was also very able to recommend shopping and dining options in the area. There are a few extras in this tour that were even more than I expected (a small souvenir pin, a stop in a local B & B to view a short documentary clip). Excellent on all counts! | ||||||

| Izu, our tour guide, was quite the character and seemed to have never quite left the '60's. She'd been there, done that! Saw all sorts of great locations and homes (Joplin, Dead, Hell's Angels, Free Clinic, etc), heard terrific stories, saw excellent vintage photos that she had collected, knew lots of people we passed along the route. And, because of a foot injury, Izu did this all from a wheelchair!! (a friend pushed her along on the tour, along with her pet dachsund). Tour lasted nearly three hours, way longer than expected. Had a GREAT time!!!! Wife and I loved it, as did our kids, son 18 and daughter 21 years old! Would highly recommend the tour!! | ||||||

| I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was full of detail on history, architecture, detailed knowledge of the neighborhood, a good recommendation of a restaurant, the guide was wonderful (Ivo? Igo? I can't remember, but if you can provide an e-mail address, I would like to tell her how much I enjoyed the tour. | ||||||

| This tour was fun, interesting and educational. Who better than to give the tour than an original hippie who got to truly experience the Haight back in the day. The tour guide was very thurough and also quite funny. It was one of the best things I did while visiting San Francisco. You should take this tour! | ||||||

| We had a fabulous time. Izu, Eco and Benny were great tour guides and companions for our day in the Haight. From the moment we met, it was like getting a tour from old friends. Izu answered all our questions, Eco was a great "Knight in Shining Armor" and Benny was the perfect mascot. Your energy balance really made our trip memorable. We got some fantastic photos! | Izu was great! Although she was in a wheel chair due to an injury, she was incredibly enthusiastic. She had a great first hand knowledge of the neighbourhood and a keen interest in it's continued evolution. She was very funny, warm & welcoming, giving us a true sense of what a "dyed in the wool hippie" was and still is. Thank you Izu, Ecko and especially thank you Benny! | If you are thinking about taking this tour, stop thinking and just book it! It was one of the best tours I have ever done, and when considering how inexpensive the tour is, it's really remarkable! The tour guide Izu was phenomenal and unforgettable and meeting the owner of the tour Pam was a real treat as well. This tour couldn't come more highly recommended. These are wonderful people and a wonderful tour. | ||||||

| I took my 19 year old son and 18 year old nephew with me on this tour. Izu was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. The boys and I both loved the tour and Izu. I definitely recommend this if you are going to S.F. It was a lot of fun. | ||||||
