Seller Description:
The Boston Harbor Islands national park area includes thirty-four islands within Boston Harbor. The islands have played a central role in the harbor's history, and have witnessed critical moments in the Native American experience, Revolutionary War, Civil War and other milestones from New England's past. The islands also exemplify the explosive growth of the city and industry, and now, Boston's reconnection to a clean harbor.

Residents and visitors from near and far, now come into the harbor and to the islands for nature walks, picnics, swimming, camping, historic tours, and other recreational activities.

You can experience all the beauty of the islands through a ranger-guided tour! You'll learn all about the area and visit Boston Light and even meet the US Coast Guard light keeper.
