Celebrate National Park Week and Junior Ranger Day at the Boston Harbor Islands national park area! Join rangers for a pre-opening day visit and boat ride to Spectacle Island aboard the Harbor Islands Express ferry for a special reduced price!
During this family celebration, you can explore the drumlins, beaches and visitor center, enjoy free activities, and take in the incredible views of the city with your family and friends!
During your over 2 hour visit on Spectacle Island you will:
- Become an official Boston Harbor Islands Junior Ranger!
- Take part in the “Spectacular Race” family scavenger hunt
- Participate in games and challenges to win prizes
- Hike to the top of the North Drumlin, the highest point in Boston Harbor!
