| I knew that the visit would be spectacular--and it was. It was a beautiful day and perfect for my wife, 2-year-old-son, adult cousin, and his wife.
What shocked me more than anything was the amazing service and kindness of the tour guides. The ratio of guides to guests was approximately 1 to 4, respectively. As a result, the guides answered all our questions, and they were extremely accessible and knowledgeable. Most of all, we really valued how delighted they were to have us be with them on their tour.
Thank you so much for everything. We had a wonderful time and we will be heartily recommending you to everyone we know that comes to Boston to visit. This activity was the highlight of our vacation!!
Our only recommendation would be this: Please either fix the speakers in the back of the boat or warn those sitting back there that they will not hear the narration. We were sitting in the back. Even though we enjoyed the unobstructed view, we didn’t understand a thing that the guide was saying and we were disappointed. |

| Our mother/daughter group enjoyed the excursion immensely. The staff and Sally gave alot of information that made the trip most enjoyable. We were in Boston for a four day vacation and the sun shone only on the day we went to the Light!!! So that really made for a great time. JUST don't forget....no flip flops!!! |

| My husband and I decided to go on the lighthouse tour at the suggestion of our daughter who lives in MA. We couldn't have had a more beautiful day and the trip couldn't have been better. It was very well organized and everyone involved was very knowledgable. The time on the island flew by and we hated to leave. Hope to bring my grandson's and do the tour again. Thanks again for a wonderful day! |

| this was the last tour of the season to the lighthouse in spectacular weather, a great experience in itself; what made it so outstanding were the staff, both lighthouse (coast guard), rangers, volunteer, and boat crew: it was a special trip for my 82 y/o mother from Germany, and everyone went out of their way to assist her getting onto and off the boat in the harbour and on the island; we also had a 2 y/o with us, and again, everyone was so accommodating, especially the volunteer who engaged her with toys and made the boat trip seem shorter for her; in addition, the welcome on the island, the presentations and explanations, as well as the organization of the trip were wonderful; this trip was recommended to us and we will definitely recommend it to others! Thanks again! |
