| We had so much fun on the trip to Boston Light. Although the boat was small, we weren't bothered much by the close quarters. The amount of time on the island seemed perfect. We had time to explore and by the time I had seen all I wanted to see, the boat was on it's way back to get us. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is up for a light adventure. |

| I especially liked all the islands history and it is a great introduction for folks both local and tourists from other parts of the country/world to realize just how much the islands have to offer.
They are a great resource and source of outings and allows us to more fully experience the whole environment that Boston has to offer.
Between the forts, the walks, the history and obviously the boating there is so much. |

| AFTER A BRIEF DESCRIPTION AND RULES FROM OUR VERY INFORMED RANGERS, WE EMBARKED ON OUR JOURNEY THORUGH THE HARBOR TO THE LIGHTHOUSE. ON THE WAY WE ENJOYED A DESCRIPTION OF THE SIGHTS WE WERE SEEING. ON APPROACH TO THE ISLAND, WE WERE GREETED BY THE LIGHTHOUSE KEEPER IN PERIOD COSTUME. WE DISEMBARKED AND WERE INFORMED WHO TO SEE ABOUT CERTAIN INQUIRIES ON THE ISLAND AND HOW WE WERE TO PROCEED IN GROUPS UP THE TOWER OF THE LIGHTHOUSE.
ALL WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. THE TIME ON THE IISLAND WENT VERY QUICKLY AND WE WERE USHERED BACK TO THE BOAT AND RETURNED TO BOSTON PROPER.
OVERALL, A MOST ENJOYABLE TOUR AND ONE THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE OF ANY AGE. |

| Several participants were over 80 and we had no idea this trip would be so rugged. Many of our seniors felt the trip was quite challenging and would have liked to know in advance that the boat is small and difficult to embark and disembark especially from the beach at the lighthouse. The path to the lighthouse was filled with rocks which made walking difficult. Your staff is to be commended for their hard work to help us over these hurdles but I did get several complaints. Also, some seniors mentioned that they would have liked to know there were no bathroom facilities for the entire trip.
On the other hand, many overlooked the hazzards and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They would highly recommend this trip to others. |

| The lightkeepers and rangers were very knowledgeable and pleasant. There was a lot to see, both on the journey and on the island. We had the additional pleasure of climbing to the top of the lighthouse to see the view and the workings. I had brought a picnic lunch but we waited until we got back to eat. (There are tables right in front of the boat ramp on Fan Pier, near the rest rooms.) The island would be a wonderful place for a picnic, but the time there is better spent exploring and taking pictures. Make sure you tap the bell to hear how beautiful a tone it has. |

| It was certainly a day to appreciate a working lighthouse! It was very foggy/rainy. Since we were all trying to stay dry under the boat canopy, it was cramped and difficult to hear the Ranger. The time on Baker Island was very well scheduled and we learned much - especially from the delightful light keeper, Sarah. |

| We went with three generations, ages 15-74, in pouring rain, and we all agreed it was awesome, especially the climb up the lighthouse to the amazing lens and view at the top. |

| I very much enjoyed the Boston Light Tour, although it was raining when I took the tour. I would recommend it to others. I enjoy touring lighthouses. |
