Sunset Blues and BBQ Cruise

enjoyed the BBQ/Blues cruise on a great Fall evening. great views of the bridges from the water. it got dark quickly though so really no sightseeing or even knowing what we were cruising past. I would recommend that the crew announce when primary sights like the fort, bridges, etc. are going by. we had a local couple joining us and pointed out and explained these locations but I really would have expected the crew to do that. It was all about the food and music so don't go for the sight seeing at night.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday with family and friends visiting from the West Coast. The music was amazing and the food was great. We were able to sit right next to the musicians and could see the breathtaking view in the moonlight behind them. We couldn't have been happier.

The cruise, food, and music were great. Wish they hadn't run out of chicken. Wish there were more seats to be able to see the band. Overall, had a great time!

The music was great, but the food was lacking. Seriously, pulled pork that wasn't flavored and some cold mac n cheese and a bit of cole slaw does not equat to a good meal. Better flavor, better temperature controls and some more choices might improve the dinner on this cruise by a long shot. The bartenders did a good job. I would recommend this as an activity, but go somewhere else for dinner as you will want more and better food. We ordered a pizza afterwards!

This was an outstanding experience. One couple in our group had never been to Charleston before and this was a great way to introduce them to the geography and the general layout of the city. Additionally, the food was OUTSTANDING and the band was top notch. All in all, this was a very enjoyable experience and will recommend it to anyone who asks in the future.

Weather cleared and music began. Great entertainment in great setting while cruising along the Charleston shore. BBQ was also good, but missed not having dessert. We were with our 26 year old daughter and she also enjoyed the evening. Drinks a bit spendy - $6 for beer or wine, but overall, the price for the cruise was quite reasonable. And good amount of time on the water. I would highly recommend this event.

Seeing Charleston at twilight from the harbour was wonderful. BBQ was tasty - sweet tea was great!!! Band played throughout the cruise and did a great job keeping everyone entertained.

The trip around the harbor was lots of fun. The food was excellent and ready to eat immediately upon boarding. The band that played was very good but the conditions were rather crowded and we didn't enjoy the close proximity to all the smokers even though it was outide. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend it.

I would recommend this activity

The boat ride itself was great, but the food was very disappointing. Prior to purchasing tickets the decription of the food included red rice, which there was none of and because it was a bbq cruise I expected ribs, didn't have that either. In the future there needs to be better food.
