We did the cruise on one day and the plantation tour on another. Both tours are well worthwhile, educational and entertaining. I would highly recommend these to anyone visiting Charleston. |

The harbor tour was nice. It was hot and kind of breezy and we did learn a lot about the city. The men working the tour were very nice and did a great job. The plantation on the other hand was a complete waste of money! You only get to tour 3 rooms of the house, which it should state. When you purchase a "plantation tour" I expected an actual tour of the house, not just the dining room library and back room. We didn't get to see upstairs, the kitchen or anything really about how the people lived. The gardens were a mess, overgrown and not taken care of. The slave quarters were interesting, the highlight of the trip. The butterfly garden was not even open, which was not posted anywhere. We figured that out when we tried to go into it. The "cafe" was folding chairs and tables with 2 high school kids texting on their cell phones selling 2 month old freezer burnt ice cream in flavors no one would want to eat and $3 bottled water. Do not waste your time or money!!! Do the harbor tour but do not get the combo!! |

Once we were on the ship, we enjoyed the trip. However, parking is absolutely terrible and a very long walk for someone who has a walking disability. |

Our boat tour guide was excellent. He gave a great history lesson and even came out to mill around to see if we had any further questions. Very personable! The plantation tour was equally as exciting and educational experience. We both learned so much! |

Easy to obtain tickets. Both very worthwhile. Visited the plantation, then went on the cruise and returned to the plantation for the rest of the day. Both activities were very informative and very enjoyable. |

Good value for the money. I appreciated that Boone Hall had many interesting activities that were all included in the price of the ticket. |

The Harbor Tour was very enjoyable and informational. The guide was very friendly and well educated. When he wasn't talking, we enjoyed a very appropriate selection of beach music. The food on board was simple, but delicious and well priced. The plantantion was very pretty. The guide at the plantation was also very well educated and friendly. The property is well taken care of and there are many things to see and do. Both places are great for taking beautiful pictures. |

Boone Hall Plantation was amazing. Allow about 4 hours in order to see everything, take every tour, and still have time for lots of photographs. The harbor tour was wonderful as well....best pics are from the front outside top deck. The only thing that was slightly difficult was that if you want to do the plantation before the boat ride, you have to go by the office to get a voucher. But all in all a great experience. |

We went on the Charleston Harbor Tour and the Plantation Tour. Booking the tours with Zerve was easy. When we got to the harbor for the harbor tour check in was fast and easy. The plantation tour was great. We had an excellent time at both places. During the harbor tour we seen dolphins and my 4-year old grandson really liked that he said that it was "awesome"! All in all it was a great experience and I would definately recommend it. If I get back to Charleston I would use them again. Thanks for the great experience. |
