| The Harbor part of the tour was great! The Captain was very informative. The guide we had for the carriage ride was beyond great! She has lived there all her life and really knows her stuff!
We visit Charleston at least once a year and usually go on some type of tour. Both tours gave us new information or additional information about Charleston that we did not know.
Would recommend both tours! |

| We enjoyed the carriage tour so much. The young gentleman was great and very well informed. We learned so much about the city and would definitely recommend this to our friends and family. The Harbor Tour was a disappointment though. The ride was good, but the person speaking did not tell us very much. We were hoping for more historical, etc. information about the area, the forts, etc. There were long time frames where he did not speak at all and there must have been something he could have told us about the area or anything in Charleston. I think that most people who take this Tour want to learn about the area and it would be something that he should read up on and add more to keep people interested. |

| We had a good time on the harbor tour, was very informative of the history of the harbor. But would recommend the Carriage tour FIRST and foremost it was the best... Had a great guide!! a.k.a. (Rebel) She knew all the history of the Downtown and then some. Really GREAT tour of the area, will take this tour again !!!! |

| arrrived 1hr before boat tour and signed in and received carriage tour tickets. I along with several other passengers were told trip was cancelled when we attempted to board boat at prescribed time (11am). I also discovered I could have purchased tickets a lot cheaper on site for similar activities( I will do that next time) |

| We like the fact that you don't have to take the harbor tour and horse carriage tour on the same day. The guide was really good and we enjoyed his narration. Two years ago we got to see pilings and lots of black pelicans. We did not this year, either they weren't there or they have revised the tour. That was the only disappointing part of the harbor tour.
We did not have the best guide on the horse carriage tour. She wasn't loud enough and talked too much to the front instead of facing her tourists. But we did see a lot and enjoyed the scenery. |

| Our day started with a bit of confusion. As we were taking a carriage ride first (at 10:30 am), I followed the instructions you provided and went to the marina first to get our vouchers (at about 10:00 am). But there was no one at your office at the mariana at that time. We were told that no one would be at the marina office until sometime after 10:30 am. We then got on the telephone, went to your office on Bay Street and got our vouchers, and then went on to our carriage ride. I would suggest that you change your instructions for future visitors.
But despite the rough start, our day was fine. The carriage ride was good, and the boat ride was excellent. This yankee never new that your harbor in Charleston was so big! Now I know why everyone fought for it for centuries. |
