Combo: Charleston Harbor Tour & Carriage Ride

We had planned to do both of these activities and when we discovered a combo discount, that made it even better. Wish we wouldve found it sooner: we toured Boone Hall the day before (there is a combo for all 3 activities). The Charleston Harbor Tour was a nice, leisurely tour. We passed by all of the major landmarks you might want to see in the Harbor. The captain was very entertaining. During a break in the narration, several children were allowed to "steer" the boat, which was cute. We also saw several dolphins on our tour. Tons of great photo opportunities. The Palmetto Carriage Tour was great. Unfortunately, we ended up on the same route we had been on last year. Even so, our tour guide was incredibly knowledgable about the area and the history.

The Harbor/Carriage combo tour was fabulous. We used the tickets on separate days. The kids enjoyed both tours and they were very informative and lots of fun. Highly recommend!

I have never experienced more knowledgeable or professional tour guides! You absolutely must do the combo Harbor Tour and Carriage ride when visiting Charleston. Worth every Penny! Fun! Gorgeous! Great for a date or a family! This is a must - especially if you have never been to Charleston! I LOVED every minute of both tours and did them back to back on the same day in 90 degree weather. Wear sun block!

Make this your first stop, the information you gather and the areas you see will help you locate places to visit and other things to see during your time in Charleston. It was well worth the money and I am glad to have had the chance to do it.

My Family of four greatly enjoyed both the Harbor Tour and the Carriage Ride. As it was a very hot day, we chose to sit on the lower deck of the tour boat, which was enclosed though still provided a great view of the narrated sites. It was only a short drive to the carriage ride and their employees were all nice and our guide was very knowledgeable. Our carriage went in areas where there was a substantial amount of shady trees so we never got overheated. I would recommend either or both tours enthusiastically.

Both the harbor and buggy tours were relaxing and easy paced. We had only a day to tour Charleston and found both tours accommodated as much as possible.
