Combo: Charleston Harbor Tour & Carriage Ride

The captain and crew were very helpful and gave an excellent presentation of the harbor. We would recommend this trip to others. The carriage ride was nice but the driver was somewhat dry with his presentation and could have done a better job.

Good intro to Charleston

Two in our group were seniors with mobility issues. The tour allowed them to see and enjoy the sights with little or no physical stress. Thank you very much for a beautiful and informative tour of the lovely town of Charleston, SC.

My wife and I have been to Charleston several times for vacations, but have never toured the harbor or the downtown area. We were looking for something that would be fun, but would also teach us about the history of the city. Both the harbor tour and the carriage tour of downtown were exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were great and the rides were fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed the carriage ride through historic Charleston. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and had a good sense of humor. We made frequent stops to really see the buildings he told us about. The afternoon harbor tour on the Carolina Belle was also enjoyable, with information about historic sites we were near. The guide made comparisons so we could understand what it would have been like in an earlier century.

The homes, the fort, the layout of the shore all made this an outstanding tour. We would recommend it to anyone who visits Charleston.

Zerve made it so easy. We arranged to go on the combo boat/carriage tour. We didn't have to stand in line and Charleston was crowded the weekend we visited. We went on the boat tour first. The staff prepared our tickets for the carriage tour enthusiastically. When we arrived at the carriage tour, we were able to board a carriage immediately. Our guide was really informative. I am well familiar with Charleston: indeed, it is one of my favorite cities in the US. I have often visited Charleston. I don't always take tours, but decided to do so this time. I would definitely recommend going on the carriage ride with Palmetto Tours and the Harbor tour combo. Smooth transaction, great fun on both activities, as well as great learning experiences. Would attend again for sure.

We really enjoyed our Harbor Tour and especially the carriage ride. It was rather hot the day of our Harbor Tour, but it was still fun. The carriage ride was great, and we were able to learn alot about Charleston.
