| This tour is very professional and is steeped in the true history of America. The beauty of the harbor and the nostalgia of the city sites make for a very impressive tour. The price is also very reasonable. My family was very pleased with this tour by boat and by carriage. We also took time while there to sample the local cuisine which was also very good. |

| I would recommend the combined harbor and carriage ride tour. My husband and I took the harbor tour first and loved it. It was hot the day we took the tour so the ride around the harbor was relaxing, very informative and a way to keep cool. We actually missed the carriage ride but we saw a lot of people that seemed to enjoy the ride completely. The combined tour is very cost effective so that is the way to go! |

| The boat tour was great! Very informative, just the right length. The carriage tour was also fun and informative. However, there was one problem. The guy seating us put my sister-in-law and her teenage daughter in the back seat of the carriage along with 2 other adults. This made the ride very cramped and uncomfortable for the people sitting there. The back seat was not made to hold 4 adults- 3 adults would have been fine, or adults with children. I just wish one of us would have spoken up and objected to this from the beginning. |

| You need to get closer to the objects being discussed. Also, the captain's voice was attrocious. |

| The harbor ride was nice. I recommend, for your benefit, that during slow times, you only run the tour 50% of the scheduled times or less. I sure it was expensive to take the tour boat out with less then 20 people. People are understanding and you can't stay in business without making money. The boat was practically empty. |

| We bought the Harbor Tour and Horse-drawn Wagon Ride combination package with Charleston Harbor Tours.
We checked in as directed at dock area and was assigned a Harbor Tour time, and a Horse Drawn Wagon Ride time.
We went to the Horse Drawn Wagon Ride stables, but were told that they were full for the day, with no chance to get that ride in.
After some "discussion", the young lady was kind enough to refund part of our money for the Horse Drawn Wagon Ride.
We then paid an additional $16, above our refund amount, for a Horse Drawn Wagon Ride with another carriage company (Old South Carriage Rides), and was loaded onto the next wagon ride.
This left us plenty of time to return to the dock area, and to complete our Harbor Tour with Charleston Harbor Tours.
Had it not been for the young lady's bending of the rules and refunding our money ($68), we would have lost that amount, plus the $16 extra, for a total cost to ride on a Horse Drawn Wagon Ride of $152 for 4 people.

| We truly enjoyed the Charleston Harbor Tour especially the gentlemen that was the commentator, he made the trip exciting and fun. We were surprised how far into the harbor we went, which made the tour worth every dollar.
We had a great guide on the carriage tour and he had a wonderful "Low Country Accent". He was extremely knowledgable with a great sense of humor. Being a horse lover I am always concerned with the well being of the horses. It was a relief to see that the horses were well taken care of, otherwise I would not have gone on the carriage ride.
Thanks for being such a fun part of our 4th of July trip to Charleston....
