| Although it was nice to spend some time on the water, the tour was terribly boring and quite crowded. The boat has few seats for passengers, forcing many people to stand for the 1 1/2 duration of the tour. The tour guide had a voice that would put anyone to sleep and did not seem at all excited about the places he was pointing out. I would not recommend this tour to future visitors. |

| ...this was a pleasant time spent on the water. The guide gave a good overview of Charleston history. This was great for adults - children on the tour seemed bored after the first half hour. |

| It was an interesting historical cruise that had different things in the tour. There was something for everyone in our family to enjoy from seeing Fort Sumter, Lighthouses, dolphins, and the ships at Patroits Point. |

| We really enjoyed our boat ride around the harbor and Ft. Sumter, etc. It lasted just the right amount of time, about 90 minutes. There was no problem getting to the restroom and the bar ( I had a nice Zifandel) was an added bonus!!! |

| The Charleston Harbor Tour was a great thing to do while vacationing in Charleston. It takes you on a tour of the harbour and shows you the sites from the water while giving you history and background. You also might have the opportunity to see the dolphins swimming next to the boat. It is priced at a rate that makes it affordable for all. I definitely would recommend this to all vacationing in Charleston. |

| The narrator sounded like Jimmy Cagney, which was cool. The PA system did not carry enough volume for my taste. We sat at the rear of the boat and both my wife and I struggled to hear what was being said. Having been to Charleston several times over the years, we're fairly familiar with the history of the city so it was no big deal but if either of us had been first timers, it would have made the experience less enjoyable.
The only othe issue was the woman "seated" in front of us who stood for the entire tour. Once my wife and I changed seats, she was fine and I didn't really care because I'm fairly tall and I didn't need to take pictures.
Next time, well sit on the starboard side of the boat. |
