| Enjoyed the boat tour... upset that I could have bought the tickets on site without having to pay the additional $2 per ticket that Zerve charged. |

| I enjoyed this tour and am glad that I went. We went in early July and it was very hot. Take sunscreen or sit downstairs. The snack bar was nice and the prices at the time I went were not ridiculous. Everyone was very friendly. |

| For our 36th anniversary, my wife and I wanted something special. We decide to visit Charleston again especially with the tall ships being in the harbor for Harborfest. When we dicovered that Charleston Harbor tours was planning a special harbor tour for the departing tall ships we jumped at the chance. We were able to get last minute seats through Zerve. Our four day stay was special with exploring the tall ships and experiencing their glorious history. The stay was near dream perfect with our harbor cruise on the Carolina Belle. Having been on the tall ships was special but to have been on the water with them as they left was awe inspiring. The captain of the Belle went above and beyond the call with the tour that he gave us. There were numerous photo ops and the time that he gave us with the ships left us with memories that we will share for years to come. Thanks to Charleston Harbor Tours and Zerve. |

| If you are wanting to take pictures of anything you see, you will need to go up top on the boat. Don't try to take pictures through the windows down below. They apparently never clean the windows. All my pictures taken have dirty streaks running down the photos, makes for lovely viewing. Also, with the Charleston weather being so hot and miserable humidity, you may want to be down stairs for the air conditioning, and I use that term loosely. Most of us on that boat would try to find a vent and stand under it jujst to cool off. Quite frankly, there's not a whole lot to see on this harbor cruise but for the price, it's not too bad for a nice boat ride. |

| We needed to stay inside the boat as the heat outside was unbearable and there was little shade on the upper deck. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not adequate inside the boat. We saw several ladies in great distress. Passengers were moving chairs just to be near the few vents and they were not finding relief.
Considering that this type of heat is not unusual for Charleston, the lack of air conditioning was inexcuseable!
Needless to say, with so much discomfort, we found little interest in the narration. Thus, the tour was not enjoyable. |

| It was very hot but the breeze from the top deck was nice. I wish we could have gotten closer to the shore but overall, it was an experience that I would recommend. |

| Unfortunately the tour did not meet my expectations. The information was presented in a rather flat and monotone style that made it difficult to listen to for an entire tour, while the advertisement said passengers would get a close up look at certain sites the boat remained too far from the shore to feel like I could really get a good look at the sites being described. In addition, the advertisement offered a controlled climate on the lower deck, but the lower level remained hot and uncomfortable and I could watch the other passengers fanning themselves during the trip. |

| We were lucky enough to be in town for Harbor Fest so we got to see all the Tall Ships from the harbor. Interesting cruise. The man giving the tour seemed to know his stuff and he had a very interesting accent. |
