The description doesn't tell you that if you are not local, you should plan on starting early in the am. The harbour cruise is 90 minutes, then you have to travel about 10 minutes to the city tour. The plantation tour is 20 minutes away, outside the city. The tour is good if you plan ahead. We traveled to Charleston from Myrtle Beach and had to rush between all the tours. The last carraige tour ends at 4, so plan accordingly. We only had about an hour at the plantation. Take the tour, but plan enough time. If you are staying in Charleston, you can break this up between days. |

We booked the tri-combo tour as it was stated as the best value. Because we were traveling from Myrtle Beach, we chose the 1:30pm time frame. On the website it says 90 minutes for the tour. We kinda thought that was inaccurate because it was 3 tours, after all. When we arrived at the dock to begin the boat tour, we were told by the ticket person that it would be very difficult to complete all 3 tours before they ended. Why don't they tell you that? Furthermore, we could have done the plantation tour first, we drove right by it on our way into town. So keep that in mind when you are planning your day. |

Tons of history told during all 3 tours. Parking was a challenge and had to do a lot of walking to get to the harbor tour. Went to pick up tickets only to find that the office had moved. Since we were walking and didn't have a lot of extra time to find another office, wasn't too happy that we weren't notified of the move prior to standing outside their door at the address we were given. Be sure you don't forget to bring your copy of your tickets. This group wouldn't pull up the computer information. I think they should be able to do that for convenience of the tourists.
The guides were fabulous. Really enjoyed the carriage tour. Plan to spend a good part of your day at Boone Hall when you go and get there early to take in the various tours. Some of my family tend to get seasick but not on this trip. The cruise was smooth as could be.
Would have given 5 stars but for the ticket pick-up fiasco. |

I planned to do the Plantataion tour at start .. for that it was very inconvinient to go to the tour office in downtown to get voucher .. It wasted my 1 hr. Also the address given for East Bay Street and the time mentioned on the ticket was wrong . it said 9 i went there at 9.30 it was closed , then i called zerve , the person told me to go to wharfside location which should be open. it was closed as it opened at 10.0. The harbour tour guy was very helpful and he opened the office 20 mins for me . So i was happy with the harbour side employees but zerve gives wrong informaton on ticket stub . |

My family traveled to Charleston for the first time. We ordered tickets the week before we arrived. We found the office easily on our first day to pick up our tickets. We had no problem redeeming our tickets at any of the three venues and we had a great time. |

All of the guides were charismatic and gave plenty of historical information. We found all three tours to be welcoming, convenient, interesting and worthwhile. My wife and I would recommend this package to anyone visiting the area. |

I ordered the tri-combo tour for myself and my sister. We especially like having the flexibility to choose our day and time for everything. The plantation and carriage tours were open to whenever we wanted to go. The Boone Hall Plantation is really beautiful and an amazing example of plantation life. The carriage ride with "Johnny Cash and June Carter" and our host Jason was a great experience. It was raining when we took the harbor tour, but it was still very easy to see everything and to get some great video of the dolphins riding our waves. Everything was clean, well-managed and easy. Every employee was smiling, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this method of touring some of Charleston's best sights and will do it again myself with my husband on my next trip your way. |
