the music on the upper deck was ok, but in the dinner area below , the speakers above the tables were entirely too loud. you could not talk to anyone. that is my only complaint, the rest was great.

We had so much fun and it was so informative. Everyone was kind, it was the highlight of our vacation-thank you, and the price was reasonable.

OK for the price

We bought the Tri-Combor tours--harbor, carraige and plantation. The harbor cruise was fun--but didn't really get to see all the "points" that were mentioned on the brochure--most of the churches are hidden from view. It was a bit long--especially in the heat. The carriage tour was fun--but slow and long. Our tour guide was OK--he spoke in general terms of the history of the city--not so much the actual buildings we saw. The plantation was the best--and I wish I had scheduled more time there- we did the house tour, the tram tour and the Gullah Show. All fantastic--and by far the best of the three. Was it worth $52? Probably not...the Carriage and the Plantation would have been enough for us.

We really enjoyed the harbor tour. We were able to see places up close and see the city from a different prospective.

The murder mystery cruise was amazing!! My friends and I had sooooo much fun. I recommend dressing up and really getting into it... It will make it that much more entertaining. The actors on the boat were phenomenal. From the minute we walked up they were in character and setting the scene. I recommend the "Planters Punch" drink or the "Champagne Punch"! Both were awesome. Go with the mindset of having a great time, and getting into the ambiance of it all. I think if you don't, you won't enjoy it as much as we did. Highly recommended!! Loved it!!

This was a good time, but I would not recommend it for children. This is more PG-13 rated due to the content. I am not sure I would have taken my children. We took our 18 year old son and at times, I found myself a little embarrassed due to the comments; plus people were drinking and we all know that leads to other embarrassing moments. Content aside, it was a good way to do a mystery game. In the future, if they would like to try to involve families then it needs to be a little more family-oriented.

Organization

We enjoyed the cruise and the vignette that played out on the cruise. I only would say that a better organization of the submission of "who dunit" be made. It was clear what to put on the paper but not how to submit it. Also after I submitted, more of the story transpired (the finding of the note in the senator's jacket). Perhaps a more defined break in the acts and an announcement to give the slips to a cast member. Then the conclusion scene could occur. Distribute the slips upon entering the boat with instructions

We went on both the Harbor Cruise and the Carriage Ride. Both were excellent. Our son got a little seasick on the cruise and the entire crew all stopped by to check on him during the trip, wow!!! The carriage ride was fun, the guide was a local and a history major and gave some great facts about Charleston. We highly recommend both.

While the city history is interesting, the tour guide makes or breaks the tour. Ours was good.

Fun, Informative activities

We had an informative, comfortable harbor tour. The captain seemed to be very knowledgable and the boat was more than adequate. It could, however, use a few coats of paint and an interior upgrade. We also enjoyed the carriage ride. The mules were well behaved and provided a fun ride. The "driver" was very good and had a deep knowledge of Charleston and its history.

Seems that 2 hours was a little excessive, but the person we had with us from the UK got some great evening shots of many different Charleston, SC landmarks. I would definitely do this again!

The music was excellent and put everyone in a good mood. The food was good, but they ran out of some sides before we ate. A great evening on the water with excellent music and fun people.
