Had a great time.

The trip was very nice and enjoyed the amazing scenery with many photo opportunities. Band and BBQ was great (I had to get seconds on the BBQ) and everyone in my group had a great time. I was a little disappointed that we didn't get to pass by Ft. Sumter but I guess that would've been a bit out of the way. Bring a jacket just in case and have fun!!!

Nice boat ride not that much to see.

I was very disappointed with the trip. We had gone to Fort Sumter that morning and saw everything we saw on the harbor tour. We were hoping to go closer to the downtown and hear more history of Charleston. We were so far from everything that if not for having nice binoculars we would not have seen much. I wish we would have just taken the carriage tour.

This was a great tour. Crew was very professional, polite and friendly. Captain was very knowledgeable about the history, but it would have been very interesting to get more info on the British seige of Chas. and not just the attack on Ft. Sullivan. Great dolphin watching, kids loved that the most. I had wanted to take the family on one of the pirate tours, but they were booked. This was a great alternative. Also, a nice cool, breezy break from the heat and sun.

We enjoyed our trip; however, the mosquito bites were very painful as we had a picnic at Boone Hall.

A great day

We started with the plantation tour. My only disappointment is that the house is "new." We enjoyed the ambience, the gardens, and especially the Gullah presentation. The house tour was lacking in that the house is not period and only a small part is open. The tourguide was very informative. We didn't have time for the coach tour but we will catch it on the next visit. The harbor tour was well done, relaxing and very informative. The crew was very attentive to the needs and requests of the passengers. Overall, a very good way to 'meet' the city. We will do it again. I think the combination tour was a good value and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect way to see the sights of Charleston

My girlfriend and I went to Charleston for the weekend. She had never been to Charleston before so I wanted her to see the sights. We got on the boat and sailed around the harbor that morning. The weather was beautiful and the captain and crew were very friendly. I liked all the informative facts he gave about the sights. We saw some dolphins swimming about and really got a good feeling for the layout of Charleston. That afternoon we made our way to the carriage ride. Our carriage tour guide was very nice and funny. She really made it a fantastic experience. I feel that I completely got my money's worth out of this combination and it helped my girlfriend experience Charleston in wonderful fashion. I would highly recommend this tour!

Casual Fun

Terrific and abundant BBQ. Excellent blues band. Rain early forced band inside, so listened from back deck as well as inside. Clouds eliminated sunset, but still a very enjoyable way to see coastal Charleston and surroundings.

What could be better? You have good food a good band all while cruising the harbor at sunset. The views are beautiful and the dolphin spotting was exciting. It is a unique way to see charleston

The captain of the harbour tour was very entertaining and gave lots of history about the habour that was unknown to us, especially going to Africa from South Carolina. My wife and I travelled from Central Florida and very much enjoyed the factual aspects and suggestions for popular hang outs. The weather was great. The two mule driven carriage was great, the driver knowledgable.

The actors played their characters well, and it was a fun challenge to guess who done it. If nothing else it was a great evening on the water.

We take our granddaughter on an outing before she goes back to school every year. This year we decided on a Harbour Tour and Carriage Ride. The Harbour Tour was great; however, for her age, we believe that she would have enjoyed a carriage ride around tha battery rather than seeing the older homes which she wouldn't have understood the history. We know that this was based on the "luck of the draw". We still had a nice day.
