Both the Harbor Tour and the Boone Hall tours were extremely informative with history about the local area and its impact on our country. Both tours were well run, relaxing, and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this tour package for the value and enjoyment of all travelers.

Was entertaining. You have to really get yourself in to the play and action to enjoy it. The actors/actress were good but little over the top at times.

The Harbor tour is fabulous, as is the carriage tour. Parts of the Boone Hall Plantation tour was good, but, was disappointed that the house was built in 1936, not 1836, and we were only allowed on the first floor. The slave cabins were excellent. The ride around the plantation was very informative and the guide/driver was very enthusiastic, but, I wouldn't go back to the plantation again.

Great views without all the walking

This was great because you don't have to do a lot of walking and you can still see the sites.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. The 'show' was a lot of fun to follow. And most of all, people got dressed up for the occasion. Love it when people partake in the fun.

Excellent Combo

Harbour tour and Carriage Ride were excellent. We did the Harbour tour on Friday. Great way to get an overall feel for Charleston. Boat Captain/Guide very informative about history of Charleston. Much of which came from the Sea. Good stories and trying to get people to be interactive. Free parking at the Maritime center was great. Still had time to walk to Market Street and do some shopping. Took Carriage Ride on Sunday. Excellent tour of the city showing several houses and information about the city of Charleston. Great stories. Short waiting time from 12:30 til 1:00. Had time to walk around at Market street while waiting. Both tours were excellent. Gave different perspectives of Charleston and very informative. The combo ticket is very flexible and you can't beat the free parking.

The trip was very nice and enjoyed the amazing scenery with many photo opportunities. Band and BBQ was great (I had to get seconds on the BBQ) and everyone in my group had a great time. I was a little disappointed that we didn't get to pass by Ft. Sumter but I guess that would've been a bit out of the way. Bring a jacket just in case and have fun!!!

Nice boat ride not that much to see.

I was very disappointed with the trip. We had gone to Fort Sumter that morning and saw everything we saw on the harbor tour. We were hoping to go closer to the downtown and hear more history of Charleston. We were so far from everything that if not for having nice binoculars we would not have seen much. I wish we would have just taken the carriage tour.

This was a great tour. Crew was very professional, polite and friendly. Captain was very knowledgeable about the history, but it would have been very interesting to get more info on the British seige of Chas. and not just the attack on Ft. Sullivan. Great dolphin watching, kids loved that the most. I had wanted to take the family on one of the pirate tours, but they were booked. This was a great alternative. Also, a nice cool, breezy break from the heat and sun.

We enjoyed our trip; however, the mosquito bites were very painful as we had a picnic at Boone Hall.

We started with the plantation tour. My only disappointment is that the house is "new." We enjoyed the ambience, the gardens, and especially the Gullah presentation. The house tour was lacking in that the house is not period and only a small part is open. The tourguide was very informative. We didn't have time for the coach tour but we will catch it on the next visit. The harbor tour was well done, relaxing and very informative. The crew was very attentive to the needs and requests of the passengers. Overall, a very good way to 'meet' the city. We will do it again. I think the combination tour was a good value and I highly recommend it to anyone.
