Charleston Harbor Tours

The tour was very interesting as I enjoy the history of the areas we visit. The tour guide broke up the narration from time to time with fun little trivia and a prize at the snack bar for whoever answered first. Al in all a enjoyable tour.

Beautiful weather and harbor.I learned a lot about SC and history.I'm glad we went.

I recommend the a tour by land and boat to any first time visitor to Charleston.

The whole experience was great, from the ease of moving about the boat, the friendliness of the crew, and all the sights during the tour!

Too small a boat for the number of people booked.

All of us liked the BBQ but disappointed there was no dessert like banana pudding that is associated with Carolina BBQ. The boat was not large enough for everyone to enjoy the band on the top deck, it was very crowded and the band faced the back with a small area for dancing. For us non smokers there were no restrictions or smoking area designated and there were a few men smoking gross cigars which is offensive to non smokers. The speakers in the dining area caused the music to be distorted and there was no where to go just to chat with others if you didn't want to listen to music, it was too loud down stairs. There was not enough room on deck to accommodate everyone and was crowded. There were chairs but not enough space to put the chairs for everyone to sit on deck. We did enjoy our evening and the staff was very accommodating. Charleston was very beautiful in the evening and the view from the water was fabulous. It would have been helpful to have better signage leading the way to the boat.

The tour part was limited, but the food, service and music were great.

We really enjoyed the tours. You need to have plenty of time for the Boone Hall Plantation visit.

Just the right amount of time, information and detail for an informative tour of the harbor and city. Good way to spend an afternoon in Charleston.

My mother (who is handicapped) and I went on the combo tour. It was fantastic. It was fun, relaxing and informative. Everyone was uber friendly and helpful. It is difficult for my mother getting around in a wheelchair and the staff of both places made it extremely easy for not only her but me. The staff at the Palmetto Carriage was our favorite.
