| I purchased the tour for my parents(80+). Of course it rained and according to them Charleston has the worst street signs. So they had a hard time finding the harbour tour. They said they enjoyed it but wish the boat could have gotten closer to shore. They had to skip the buggy ride the next day(more rain). Pretty much the only two days of rain we've had since early spring. They did say good hotdog with their wine! | ||||||

| This was my second trip to Charleston and my second carriage ride (previous tour was done by another company)... For my guests, it was their first time... I really wanted to impress them but this combo of carriage and boat was just okay... I find myself comparing this carriage ride with the last and it just simply did not measure up. The previous tour was fun and the tour guide spoke to us. On this tour, I as well as my guests felt, the tour guide was talking at us. He spilled out his facts but it was hard hearing him and it was just monotone. We all had a hard time concentrating on what he was saying. I did get to see a different side of the city, the college area which really was kind of gross... We went past the Frat houses with beer bottles in the front yards. We even had a college kid tell the carriage that "this is the house where John come to get drunk and pass out on the couch"... Not the impression I was hoping to show my guests. The boat ride was the same.... just tons of facts, like reading from a card and not all that interesting... Sorry! | ||||||

| My five daughters and I really enjoyed the cruise and the carriage ride. We did not know that there was any food on board the vessel so perhaps a small note might be added for other groups that you have some foods available.. The Narrators on the cruise and carriage tour were excellent and we all benefited by their knowledge. Thanks , I will recommend this combo to others. | ||||||

| Harbour Cruise was good apart from the fact the boat didn't really go close to anything .Also there was a lot of diesel fumes around the boat . The carriage ride was very interesting | ||||||

| My husband and I recently joined friends on the harbor tour and carriage ride, and both are wonderful activities. The boat from the harbour provides either on-deck or enclosed inside seating, and there was a wonderful "escort" of dolphins to watch during most of the trip. The captain has a great way of narrating the history of the harbor. The only thing that might be added is the option to order a box lunch at the time when individual tickets are ordered, as was obviously an option for groups. The harbor booth attendant was friendly and knowledgeable about the city, and plenty of maps were available. There was quite a wait for an afternoon carriage ride, but it was well worth it. Wagons are large and easily accommodate a small group. The driver was once again an excellent tour narrator. Here, the only thing that might be improved on is the addition of handicapped seating in the staging area for carriage rides; the singular streetcorner bench in excessive afternoon heat was difficult for an elderly woman waiting to take the ride. My husband and I learned of these activities through an article in the local paper, and we will surely be repeat customers! | ||||||

| We have visited Charleston many times on day trips when vacationing in Myrtle Beach. Last year we moved to Myrtle Beach and recently spent the day in Charleston with our daughter and her family. We decided to return to Charleston for several days and take the harbor tour and the carriage ride. We found both rides to be very enjoyable and informative. The guides were very polite and friendly and very knowledgable of the area. We enjoyed these tours so much we expect to return again soon and will take these tours again. We highly recommend this service. | ||||||

| The Harbor Tour was very enjoyable. I have only one complaint...that was the sound system. It made the narration difficult to hear and understand at times. I felt like I missed a lot of the info because of it. The rest of the tour was great. The crew was very friendly and went out of the way to make us feel welcome. The Carriage Tour was outstanding. The tour guide was very knowledgable and willing to answer all the questions we had. She pointed out many things of interest and made the whole trip extremely pleasurable. I really hated to see the trip come to an end. She even led us to an excellent place to taste our first bowl of she-crab soup. I have been sharing bits of information with friends and family since we came home. | ||||||

| The only thing that was wrong was that one person who was on the tour, used his cell phone the entire time and was very loud and we had difficulty hearing everything. Woud reccomend that you aks people to turn off their cells phones.....it was very anoyingand disruptive, I wanted to snatch it away from him and throw is overboard. | ||||||

| Four women friends visiting Charleston for the first time took this harbor tour our very first afternoon. We thought it was a wonderful way to see the city and to hear about her history before we began our walking tours, both guided and on our own, to get an even closer look at Charleston. The captain, and guide, did a wonderful job of sharing very interesting information about historical and present day Charleston. We would take this tour again and highly recommend it to anyone who visits Charleston. | ||||||

| Our group of local friends have lived here for many years and none of us had ever gone on a tour like this. We didn't know what we had been missing. The information was informative and our Captain presented it in such an interesting manner. We all throughly enjoyed the trip. The boat was clean and comfortable. When the sun became too warm, we went inside to cool down in the climate controlled lower deck. All locations on board gave good views of the surrounding waterways. Well worth the money! | ||||||
