Charleston Harbor Tours

After I purchased the carriage ride and the combo tour for the Harbor Tour/Plantation I came home and reread the paperwork that stated the Boone Plantation was included. funny thing between the check-in at the Carriage company then the Harbor Tour company I found out I was left without the vouchers for the Boone Plantation. Neither the girl at the carriage ride company or the girl at the Harbor provided us with the vouchers and later that day we paid $35 for the entrance to Boone Plantation. When I called I was told to contact the people in Charleston. Bad very bad way of dealing with somone that you collected over $135 for tours . Very upset with this service .

The tour in on time departing and returning. Sitting on the upper deck, with breeze and beer is really relaxing. We even saw a dolphin. The crew is friendly.

bbq was perfect....music was great....what a fireworks show

The food was really good, the view of the harbor for the fireworks displays could not have been any better, the temp was perfect and the band was OK. Everyone on the boat was friendly - very much Charleston hospitality. The Captain could not have timed the return any better and it was the smoothest docking I've ever experienced.

the band was too big for the deck not allowing room for more people to be up top and watching the fireworks.....piped music would have been great. I was very disappointed that star spangled banner wasnt played during fireworks or any patriotic music. Other than that the event was good.

It was a pleasant tour.

Definitely arrive early to claim your spot below for dinner, as well as on the upper deck for the music. Wouldn't recommend it for older seniors or very young children; very rocky waters on a few occasions and it was difficult to stand on the upper deck. Food was great, but would've loved to have two lines going because it was really crammed and people were cutting to get ahead of the long lines! Music was great, too, and the route through the waters was really neat as well. Lucked out an got a nice evening weather-wise!

This is a MUST when you come to Charleston!!!!! We did the carriage and the harbor tour and loved it. Learned sooooooooooooooo much about the history and interesting points about the wonderful city. Wished we had done the carriage again. The guides were excellent. GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Everything about the blues cruise was awesome, especially the crew! My only recommendation is to serve frozen drinks at the bar.

The Harbour tour was a nice way to see the Harbour. The views that were pointed out were a little far away. The boat was nice in that you could choose to sit inside with ac or outside.The boat also sold beverages and food. I have taken the bus tours and feel they give a lot more information about the city of Charleston. If you want a relaxing tour then this one is good to take. If you want a very informative tour then take a bus tour.

We had a great time! Can't wait to come back and bring my family!!

It was a relaxing 90 minute tour of Charleston Harbor. The captain during our tour was upbeat, energetic and funny. I learned more about the city and harbor from the tour than what I read in the multiple books about Charleston. If you do go, please bring your long zoom lens if you are an avid photographer. I did not bring my long one, yet I still got some good pictures, especially of the Ravenel bridge! Do not miss out on this tour when you visit Charleston!

This tour is extremely relaxing and very educational! Definitely a great experience!
